Our recent experience with Dolan was for a minor repair. However we have been customers for more than 40 years. They are on-time, professional. They have renovated bathrooms and our entire heating/AC system

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the quick response to my home. My water heater went (I had no idea) and I could have had a MUCH BIGGER problem. I especially want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Clifton the tech. He was absolutely fabulous and very professional and careful with his work! I can't say enough about him. Great experience with Dolan. I was very impressed that the job was done in one day and when I got home it was as if they were not there. They replaced my furnace and air conditioner which is on the roof in one day.

Dolan and Sons is my trusted go to for all plumbing repairs for the large clubhouse I manage in South Brunswick. They do excellent work, provide quick quotes in advance and their workmen are very professional and neat. Highly recommend them for any work you may have./ I am adding to this review. Mike Dolan's guys did a job in my home recently that was by no means easy - my old house sprung a leak from an original lead drain pipe buried in-between the floors! They very carefully removed my copper kitchen ceiling tiles and cut only as much sheetrock as was absolutely necessary. They replaced the lead piping with new ovc, confirmed all fixtures in the 2nd floor bath were connect and re-plumbed. They showed up on time, kept the work area neat, were very polite and friendly. They explained everything they did and cleaned up before leaving much earlier than we anticipated. Fantastic company I would recommend to anyone!

I just got charged an extra $120 for a failed 'electrical' permit for Dolan's electrical amperage upgrade to help pass their permit on top of the $2,600 I already paid out. The township inspector said the electrician was supposed to make sure a bonding wire was put on my hot water heater by the electrician, when it wasn't. I called last week and they said no problem (as the original electrician said they come if any problems with inspection- it happens often). It took five minutes, which it did, and then I was charged $120 by Dolan. On the phone, the company is arguing with me that is should have been the plumber when this permit is about THEIR failed installation, not my water heater! They didn't argue with me last week and said, yes they would come out to fix the error on their part, yet this week they are blaming me. I will never be using this company again. They also failed to pay the electrical permit on time until I followed up so I'm struggling to close out this permit when all jobs done after them had their permits closed out long ago. Again, THEIR electrical permit failed and they won't take responsibility. The inspection has nothing to do with the hot water heater...it's about the amperage upgrade. They also should have indicated last week that their would be a charge, which they didn't. In that case, I would have called Edison Electric to install it at a cheaper price or my handyman at close to nothing. But again, I called Dolan because this was a failure on THEIR electrical permit. Update- Mike the owner did give my money back but I never should have been treated that way bur first the young plumber who wouldn't listen to me then the woman in the office who also refused to listen. Never should have gotten to a bad review and wasting my time. Thank you Mike but you need more professional individuals in your company.

Used Dolan Plumbing for new water lines to the washing machine and to replace spigot in front of house. Workers came and got right to work. New copper piping and duo shut off valve for washing machine. Finished product came out great. Will definitely use again. Employee explained and answered everything I asked. Great experience.

I had a plumbing emergency; they came right away; problem solved. I’ve since had them to electrical work, along with other handyman services that I’m not able/skillful enough to do. Wonderful job, polite, clean, on time. I won’t hesitate to call them again snd I can recommend them highly!
