I called because a pipe under my kitchen sink was leaking, and of course I don't trust myself with plumbing work. They came to my house at 9am the next day. They sent their plumbing tech (a Master Plumber) who was very courteous, professional and trustworthy. He got right to work and fixed us right up. No surprises, no hassles and no worries. Pricing reflects the quality of parts they use--I didn't feel they were expensive. I would def use them again and I recommend them highly.

Mike and crew installed two zone Furnace /AC at my house. The quote provided was competitive and absolutely no pressure sale. Installation was prompt and the crew was very professional and cleaned up after the install.

Dolan always strives to accommodate their clients - scheduling appointments the same day whenever possible. I had the pleasure of having both plumbing and HVAC teams arrive within a half hour of each other on a recent Saturday. The work they do is always outstanding - neatly and completely done. The technicians made sure I knew needed information about newly installed equipment - such as the programmable thermostat I had requested. Dolan is my go-to service business.

I had a good experience with Dolan Plumbing - from picking out a fixture in the shop, to scheduling an appointment, and then the actual appointment itself. Dolan is the only service I use and trust. I have called them many times for some large as well as small. Many times, the issue I thought was major, turned out to be minor and I must thank them for their honesty. My last experience was on Thursday, 1/28/21. I called to report that I was sure I needed a new garbage disposal as I thought I tried everything. Made an appointment for the following day and then got a call that I could even have it the same day as they were in the area. Maikel and his assistant John came in safely (with their masks) and with a new garbage disposal. After a few minutes Maikel said I didn't need it and was able to unclog it. He and John further went on to test it and then educated me on how to take care of it . Every single time (and it must be a dozen) I have to contact Dolan, I have had the best service from the person who answers the phones )and arranges things) to the service people that take care of the issue. I highly recommend them for their honesty and quality of work.

Asked them to come out to fix a water valve in the basement. They quoted me $300. Two guy came to my house to turn off my external water supply. Two hours later, they told me they could not turn it off. Nothing got done. They charged me $300 anyway. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Now I am down $300 and have to find another plumber. These people are not competent. Avoid using this company at all costs!!

When our heat exchanger cracked, Dolan came out promptly for an estimate. The sales rep was able to answer all of my questions. The installation techs did a thorough job, and were able to answer all questions about maintaining and using the new equipment. Dolan has done many plumbing/heating/renovations for us, and we'll be glad to work with them again in the future.

The men were able to come out faster than I expected (same day I called!). They were professional and made aware of the process as they worked. Testing of the repair made me confident that the problem was resolved.
