Dolan removed an existing walk in tub and replaced it with a standard tub and fixtures.

I have used them for over 15 years. They come promptly, and when they say they will, and they always do a professional job. They may be a little pricier than some others, but there is never any question that the quality of their work is the finest. We have had our furnace, water heater, and several toilets replaced by them and would recommend them very highly.

My wife and I have called on Dolan for a number of things including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC. This particular visit was an air conditioning check up for the season. I was very happy with the amount of time spent looking at various segments of the air conditioning unit. Thankfully, nothing was needed but notes were made in the file to keep track of potential problems in the future. Thank you Dolan.

We first discovered Dolan Plumbing and heating two years ago when our central air system stopped working. What impressed me is that as a new customer and emergency at that they made time to come and repair our AC and my 88 yearly mother was able to rest. They responded quickly and without confusion stayed until the problem was found and repaired.

I have been using them for 5 years now for plumbing, new gas line, major electrical panel upgrade ( 100 to 200 amp service), new water heater, upgrade to sump system and various repairs. The cost has been fair and the work has been excellent and on time. Their personnel have been courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Dolan’s was able to send technicians to check on my AC unit the morning of the same day I called for service. They were courteous, thorough and even returned to the shop to get an filter to replace the dirty one - the source of the problem. I know they can be relied upon to promptly and completely address issues and to give great maintenance advice.

Technician arrived at the appointed time, checked in, serviced the outdoor emergency generator, received payment and departed -- no issues, no problems, efficiently done, the way they all should be.

I strongly believe that all good reviews are fake.
I used Dolan based on good reviews but they are the worst.
They came to us to repair water leak. In order to identify the leak, they had to washing machine running and manually set to spinning mode so that water drains. Two guy were trying to figure out to set to spinning mode by pushing reset button and start button and all other buttons in control panel for over 20 minutes and they were cursing to washing machine since it did not work for them. They finally gave us and moved the washing machine and manually put water from horse to drain.
Few hours after they left, we realized that the washing machine does not work anymore. When pushing any buttons on control panel, we got error sign.
so I called Dolan to let them know that our washing machine does not work after they pushed so hard to get spinning mode going.
They told me that our washing machine was old and was about to break and they have nothing to do with breaking our washing machine
Really?
This company takes advantage of a situation and only care about making money. Do not use them!

We have used Dolan, Inc. for maybe 25 - 30 years and wouldn't think of anyone else. They respond immediately when we have an emergency and they fix the problem the first time. They are honest and personable and their workers have been with them, it seems like, forever so they know our old house and its problems.
