I've used Dolan Plumbing and Heating for many years and have always been very pleased with their work. They recently came to my home to fix an issue with our A/C. Their techs are really great and well-trained. These guys are smart and have a real desire to fix it right the first time. I trust them with all my home electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues. A well-run company with a focus on excellence!

The first visit from Dolan, I needed the toilet repaired. Their plumber came and did it quickly and efficiently. It was worth the money as I don't want to "do it myself" anymore.

I needed doors replaced. Two doors only needed replacing with a new frame. The third door need to have the direction it opened changed for handicap accessibility and the fourth door (bathroom) needed to be widened for handicap accessibility and the direction it opened changed too. They also replaced the trim around the doors and it is beautiful. This was done by their master carpenter. He does excellent work. The door saddle to the bathroom needed to be replaced because the door was wider and since I had left over tile for the floor, their tile expert used that for the smooth transition into the bathroom (handicap access for someone with a walker).

I had a leak under my sink that was dripping into the basement. Dolan was able to send someone the next day and they were able to fix it in about an hour. In this case, they were actually fixing something that was a "do it yourselfer".

As other things need to be done in the house, I will be calling Dolan back in again because they do it right the first time.

I highly recommend Dolan Plumbing Heating Electric and Cooling. I was able to get an appointment quickly. I called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment on Monday. What I appreciated most is the way the technician explained everything he did and allowed me to ask questions. He didn’t rush through it. I needed an A/C service check-up and a fan installed. Both were completed on the same day. I am impressed with the job & plan on using this company again. Great value! Very professional! Very competent!

I have used Dolan & Sons for all HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work in my house for many years. They are always reliable and dependable and they do a good job. Most recently, they performed maintenance on my furnace. They do this every year and my furnace remains in good operating order throughout the winter months. I have many more examples of their good work, including a water heater installation, which was done quickly and with professionalism.

Dolan techs are knowledgeable and courteous. More importantly, they fix the problem at a reasonable price point.

I'm very satisfied with Dolan's service. My water heater failed while I was away from home for 3 weeks, and it caused water leaks to my downstairs neighbor. The Property Manager from my HOA recommended Dolan's service.

The service guys showed up fast within a few hours I called in the morning. The technician Sean replaced my old water heater with a new unit and cleaned up nicely after the work was completed. He answered my questions, also patiently explained to me how the water heater works, what happened with my old unit and what to do to prevent any potential issues when I'm away from home again. It was educational. Everything was done the same day that I called for the service. I'm very impressed with Dolan's service. I purchased a 10 year warranty to ensure no more water heater problems ever happen again.

First off, service guys were awesome. Personable, funny, and professional. They came to give me an estimate for a few jobs at once that I need done in the next couple weeks. They look at the work then call their boss to get a price.

One job they could complete right away was capping off a gas line to my old dryer. So they called their boss and came back with a cost of $129. I thought it sounded high but didn't really know the process so I agreed.

About ten minutes of work and probably $4 worth of parts was all it took though. Really gouged me there unnecessarily. The other stuff they quoted me on is probably going to go to another company now. I don't trust their quote at all.

I understand they have to pay for driving time and pay their two guys, but for such little work I felt taken advantage of, especially since there was going to be more work I needed from them in the future. Not anymore.

All work from Dolan has been good. I have had to reach out to Dolan for repairs for damage I received from Ida. The last work was the replacement of the electrical wire to my house. Very pleased with the professionalism, response and work.
