I have been using Dolan and Sons for about twenty years. They have always been responsive, on time, professional and knowledgeable. They have done a variety of repairs from minor plumbing and electrical to major installations. Installed a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, toilet, shower head, new outside light fixture, you name it. They also installed a new water heater and upgraded all my hvac pipes to code. It took all day and the guys worked straight through. I wouldn’t have made it through this winter had they not fixed an old heating unit they were able to install a new one just after the holidays. Also installed a new central A/C unit. Dolan even sent a tech on Christmas Eve to patch up my furnace while awaiting a new one. I heartily recommend Dolan and Sons. The owner even called me at home on several occasions to check up on me. Can’t ask for more than that! Extremely satisfied. The techs are all great!

They are amazing. Do not hesitate to use Dolan. Every time we had Joey to our house he was extremely helpful and informative. So many crooks out there but NOT Dolan -they always look out for you and try to help the customer. 10/10

The A/C technician diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained what was needed to fix the problem and asked my permission to proceed. They do a professional and a clean job. Slightly on the expensive side but you can trust them with your most critical jobs

HORRIBLE. I had a leak in my laundry room that was coming up from the flooring. The guys that came said it’s from the valves without any real investigation or noticeable water leaking from valves and zero water damage showing from the wall down to floor. They just wanted to do something. Told me to put a fan on to dry up the water. Fast forward 3 weeks later, water damage spread to other rooms and created mold. But at least I spent $200+ on new valves I didn’t need *** valves were in GREAT condition and were dry. They just did an unnecessary service.

We use Dolan because of its competence. We are always very please with the service and Joey is the best!!

Dolan company is a great vendor that we use at ABDM Property Management. they provide you with excellent quality work at a reasonable price. The office staff and techs are top notch, and it is a reliable company to work with. We use them for several properties we manage in central NJ.
