Nothing is worse than your a/c going on a Friday before the weekend predicted to be 90 degrees. I had little hope of getting an appointment for service but Carla squeezed me in and I am so grateful. Kevin arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of the system and got us through the weekend though we were advised we needed a further repair. The following week we received the estimate for the repair needed and an appointment to fix before another hot weekend.

My heat went on a Saturday off season on the island,...within an hour I had an incredibly professional; courteous; knowledgeable technician named Jeremy (spelling ??) who resolved the issue and explained exactly what the issues were in layman’s terms. Great service and I could not have been happier. Would HIGHLY recommend using this company. Tbh - I throw compliments around like manhole covers these guys are AMAZING
