David was terrific this morning. On time, efficient and informative about my a/c systems which were long over do for much needed maintenance. When done I felt very reassured as the summer arrives.
I had a weird issue with my AC and JHR was able to send out a tech same day to troubleshoot my system. Greg (the tech) was extremely knowledgeable and nice. I called JHR because of the amount of favorable reviews and I can clearly see why. I would highly recommend JHR for any of your HVAC needs!
New guy asked all the right questions as to location of units ducs and thermostat. Impressed that his work on the air handler made it quieter than it has ever been. Definitely recommend the service to anyone.
Andrew came and gave us a detailed and logical explanation of why our existing HVAC was not sized correctly for our house. He did a thorough analysis of our ductwork to determine proper airflow, something our previous HVAC dealer had not done.
My 410a Carrier Evap sprung a few leaks after only 2 yrs of use. Coil had a 10yr warranty, called JHR as they came up as an authorized servicer for Carrier in my area. From start to finish it was an awesome experience. First visit with Greg was smooth, he verified the problem and provided a very reasonable estimate. Once coil arrived, Brooke in the office got us scheduled right away. Day of repair, Kobe arrived early and was super professional and very knowledgeable. I've been in the refrigeration field doing residential appliances for 20yrs and I could tell immediately that I was in good hands for my warranty repair. I will be recommending JHR to my customers and using them for any HVAC work I need in the future! Thank you guys!
Serviceman (Jeremy) came out to maintenance system. As always prompt and courteous and listened to my concerns with system. He drained and cleaned system drain tube. Then checked the AC unit and found there was a problem after running various voltage tests. He changed our capacitor and the system is now running well.
After calling when our air condition failed the repair person was able to get us up and going but said we would need a new AC unit sooner rather than later. They scheduled an appointment with us for Andrew, their sales rep, to come out and look at our units and give us an estimate. He showed up on time and was extremely professional and spent all the time we needed to explain the options. We ended up ordering a new upstairs AC unit along with the warranty from Joe Roberts. So far I have nothing but positive to say about our experiences with this company from start to finish.
