The AC unit that covered the upstairs bedrooms would not kick on. Called JH due to their excellent customer feedback and I was not disappointed. They scheduled an appointment the next day, replaced the transformer and ordered the controller board- which was shot. Up and running within the week before a holiday. Fast, responsive, and professional service.

The whole team was very professional. Andrew performed a thorough inspection of old A/C system and was highly knowledgeable of the products. Turn around time from contract to install was quick. Our air conditioner suddenly stopped working on Saturday afternoon on Memorial Day weekend. The technician was here by 3pm and able to quickly identify the problem and replace the broken part. We are very grateful for the prompt, knowledgeable, professional service.

Our technician Greg Hirtes was pleasant, on time and smart. He troubleshooted my AC system, found the problem and replaced the compressor contractor all in one hour. I would wholeheartedly recommend JH Roberts for your heating/ cooling maintenance and repair.

Our heat went out yesterday and after calling 2 other companies that didn’t respond I found this company on the internet. I called them at 8:00 am this morning and by 8:40 their technician, Greg was at our house. He was extremely knowledgeable and had our heat on in no time. It’s great to find such a wonderfully caring individual and company. He also was able to install a smart thermostat for us. We will definitely call on them in the future.
