I called for service and they were here the same day. Identified my issue and fixed it on the spot. Excellent service by very personable and professional representatives. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Windy rain and flash freeze caused broken pipe in ceiling. Called JH Roberts at 2:40 on a Friday. They recognized the emergency nature of my situation and had a.great Tech at my house in about an hour. Tech explained the likely cause and applied interim fix and will return to complete permanent fix when supply house opens. Pricing is reasonable and Tech and office staff were both great. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Great experience with Robert’s HVAC. Woke up Christmas Eve to a 54 degree house. Called many HVAC companies and Robert’s was the only and first to get back to me. The technician Greg was very polite, Knowledgeable, and professional. He diagnosed the problem and ordered parts and the company is looking into warranty information. Would not hesitate to use Robert’s again.
