I can’t say enough about Jason at My heating guy he was so professional and came so fast to help with my AC when it stopped working. I called him in and morning and he was at my house the same day. He is very honest and does not try to rip you off. He fixed the problem and was a very reasonable with the price. I would recommend Jason to anyone whoever needs heating or cooling. He really is the best!!!

My Heating Guy was EXCELLENT! We had an EMERGENCY, our AC stopped working and we have health issues. Jason came out in a timely manner and had our AC running within a couple hours. He was professional, took time to answer our questions and was reasonably priced. He even took the time to check in and make sure we were good. Jason called me back within the hour. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to talk with.
He was able to diagnose my issue over the phone and told me to txt him my address and he could be to my house within 20 minutes.
Best part: it was TRUE! Arrived in 15 minutes, had the part needed, discussed some useful tips for efficiency while he replaced the part. And we were up and running.
Actual best part: he noticed my wife was putting my 3 yr old down for a nap and I noticed his volume change. The people that care are the truly the difference in business and even in life. Thanks Jason.

I used My Heating Guy (Jason) for the first time when my air conditioning stopped working. He was extremely quick to respond, diagnose and resolve the issue. His communication throughout was fantastic. The level of service and attention he provided was some of the best I’ve experienced!

I called My Heating Guy to get a price to replace my HVAC system because I thought it was beyond repair as advised by a few large companies, none of which took the time to look at everything or put a gauge on the AC unit but were quick with a ridiculous replacement cost. Not Jay! Within two hours, my house is cool again and he is coming back tomorrow to double check everything! I highly recommend Jay for all your HVAC needs!

Not only is he honest, fair on your pocketbook & very knowledgeable, he has good old fashioned customer service skills which are sorely lacking these days. He actually fixes things whenever possible without pressuring you to spend more if it's not necessary.

I had a heating emergency over the weekend. My heat would not turn off. Called My Heating Guy first thing Monday morning, left a message for a call back. Within 5 minutes Jason called me back. I explained situation and within two hours Jason showed up. He inspected heating unit and found the problem right away. Jason was very punctual, professional and polite. He explained what the problem was and what the solution was. Jason ordered the part and the next day he was back at the house installing it. Jason answered all my questions. I will be recommending Jason to all my friends and family.
