Juliana in the office was so efficient and kept us informed from start to finish. Charlie & his crew were timely, friendly and professional with the installation. Fast prompt service. Arrived on time as scheduled. Friendly knowledgeable tech quickly assessed issue with AC condenser. Had part on truck, checked entire system and all up and running.

My upstairs AC stopped cooling and I called Joe Roberts. Everything from my initial call through the completion of the repair was a great experience. When I called, the scheduler set me up for an appointment the next day, the technician, Jerry, arrived on time and was able to repair my AC during the visit. It was a pleasant surprise that he had the correct part on his truck. So often these days parts need to be ordered and it takes awhile. Jerry’s knowledge was apparent and although my AC is quite old, he got it working and my house is cool! THANK YOU JERRY AND Joe Roberts! I would highly recommend using this company

Andrew Stahl was here to give us an estimate to replace our water heater. He gave us all the information we needed to make a good decision. We were very impressed with his knowledge of all the systems that are available. I would definitely recommend Andrew and JHR Maintenance to anyone looking to purchase a new water heater.

I have not yet used this company but have to say I had calls into 2 other companies to get an estimate and after speaking to Brooke in the office and getting an estimate & talking with Andrew I cancelled the other appointments. Immediately I felt I called the right company to do the job. Looking forward to having the work done.

Technician Dave was EARLY for my scheduled summer maintenance. How often does that happen! He was diligent, knowledgeable, very pleasant and professional. I have used J. H. Robert’s for @ 10 years and have mentioned them to neighbors who use them. Highly recommend them.
