On time .The two guys that changed out my heating unit.The two that did the install, great workmanship, professional they worked diligently through the day.JH Roberts also has a tech that came here before the install and after the install to make sure things were working properly.The three that were here should all get nice raises so they wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.Good craft people are not easy to find any more.All three did a prey job.Keep up the good work.

My AC died last July on the hottest day of the year. I contacted Joseph H Roberts that day (a Sunday) and my new AC unit was installed on Tuesday!!! This company is definitely the best. Technician was here yesterday to do the scheduled maintenance (one year). He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and very professional. I can’t say enough about this company. I highly recommend them !!!

I thought they were professional and thorough took time to explain all the details of the work they were doing and what may be needed to do in the future to keep our home heating and air conditioning up and running smoothly. Joe the technician was knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Will be setting up a regular home maintenance program so I have the best working on these appliances.

Two years ago we changed out our 16 year old heater and ac unit because old system just could not perform. I also believed it was undersized by the builder. The new system performs great and my utility costs are 40% lower. All of the employees were great, respectful and very clean. We have the techs come back twice a year for a checkup, and both guys are great. Definitely recommend this company.

Kevin was prompt, polite and professional. Knew his business and was patient as I asked him a million questions while he worked, explaining what he was doing and why. He was also very thorough and made sure to check the problem from all angles to make sure everything was operating well before he left. Fixed us up quickly and got the house cooling again.
