As a realtor on LBI, I often need HVAC services and depend on Jos. Roberts and could not recommend them enough. When it came time for heat and air in my own new home we insisted that Roberts do the installation.

David was extremely professional. He put booties on his shoes before entering my home. He was here for my twice a year maintenance on my HVAC system. There was a repair needed that was under warranty. He had the part in his truck and completed the work that day along with changing the filters. I highly recommend this company and their maintenance contract has saved me money over the past 7 years.

I replace two complete systems.

The team was very respectful of both us personally and our home. It was a rather difficult installation of two high end systems, one involving a crane and rather tight work space.

Shortly after completion, one system reported an error code and they promptly coordinated a return to review and hopefully remedy the situation.

I would safely say they pleasantly lived up to high expectations both in terms of the quality of their work and the dealings I had with their office staff, whom I found to be excellent communicators.

Emergency service (of course on a Saturday night in a heat wave) was quick and problem solved within 15 minutes. Very courteous and made sure system was running properly before leaving. Definitely recommend Joseph Roberts Inc.

Wow. Called at 8 am on a 95 degree day. I’m not a current customer. AC was down. They were there at 915 and repair was done and over at 10! I am signing up for their preventive maintenance for all of my HVAC! Edgar was excellent!

Kobe was professional, courteous, informative, and helpful. Will be using this company again in the near future.
