It didn't take long to find the best HVAC company for my new home. JH Roberts Inc. They were so professional, reliable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They truly delivered on everything they promised and more. From Joe the owner, Carla who was there for us anytime we called, Greg & Andrew who are top notch technicians, they all can take care of any problem. They are best staff anyone could want to hire. They treated me like family and that is a hard quality to find nowadays. I would recommend them to anybody. If i could, i would give them 10 stars.

The techs are always very friendly and professional. I got a maintenance package to have them keep my system working at peak performance.

I called a company a day after Thanksgiving because my heat went out I have a unit that’s only about four years old and I was told that I needed a board and an ignition switch I had no heat for over five days and every time I tried to call the company no one would call me back or I couldn’t get through when I finally got through after eight attempts they told me the parts are backordered so I called Joseph Robert’s and a young man by the name of Greig Hirtes
came out immediately within a hour after my call came into my home and fix my problem without any of these parts that were gonna cost me over $600 in a matter of 40 minutes. what a wonderful honest company this is. They will be my new go to heating and cooling company for a long time! By the way I canceled the other company with a few choice words

With the deals NJNG were offering, I thought it was time to replace my aging heating/AC. After hearing so many of my neighbors rave reviews about this company, Andrew was the first of several I called for an estimate. He was very thorough & knowledgeable & explained every everything simply. Although JH Roberts estimate wasn't the cheapest, I chose them for their professionalism. Charlie, Marshall & Joe were friendly & courteous & went about their work neatly. They answered my (many) questions easily & confidently. I would definitely recommend JH Roberts to anyone in need of service or repairs to their heating or A/C units.

Greg was terrific- polite, professional, and very helpful. We will certainly call JH Roberts again when help with our HVAC is needed.

J h Robert’s sent Anthony to do the maintenance on our hvac he did an excellent job and also cleaned our dryer vent. He was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job I highly recommend this company.

A/C unit quit in the middle of the summer and contacted JH Roberts. The technician responded quickly, he was knowledgeable and had my system up and running in no time. I have used them several times since and the service is always excellent. I highly recommend!

Edgar was super helpful and went above and beyond. He helped me set up phone app so i can monitor thermostats when out of the house and he got the ball rolling for an estimate to install a small AC unit in one of the bedrooms. I appreciate the extra care
