I cannot express how grateful and appreciative we are. We had no heat for two days and our home warranty would not do anything. Called on the Friday before Christmas and low and behold they were able to come. out and fix our heat within 30 mins. I will be calling anymore. BEST service ever. Dan, Harry and Matt did a great job installing our new boiler! They were friendly, thorough and tested all equipment to make sure everything was perfect before they left. They gave us a detailed description of the system and its features, including safety shut-offs. They did a great cleanup job as well. Thank you, guys!

The techs were pretty awesome. However, after waiting most of the day without heat, when the guys showed up, they informed me of the company policy to not work on older furnaces. It was clear to me that the techs felt terrible - so the rating is based on the company, who could, and should, have asked the age of the furnace in the scheduling call. That's not good service.

And in the end, a $100 DIY part replacement was all it needed. A couple of screws and the standard part.

We hired on Joyce Cooling & Heating to complete a few different projects at our house and it was a great experience from start to finish. I was impressed throughout the entire process, from proposal to installation and look forward to working with them for years to come.

The sales staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't push one particular solution on us and gave us a few proposals and options to consider. The office staff was friendly, helpful and awesome! The project manager gave us a great rundown of what to expect and what to prepare for ahead of the work. Best of all, the installation team was fantastic and respectful while working in our home.

Jim was the Lead Tech on our job and he was great at communicating the daily tasks to us as well as his team. He communicated challenges that came up as their work progressed. One thing I really appreciated was listening to him explain things to the apprentices. You could tell he knew his stuff and wanted to see the apprentices succeed. The main apprentice who was on-site throughout our work was named Dylan and he did a great job communicating info to us at the end of each work day.

I really appreciate the effort everyone at Joyce put in to get this work done. I know there were some challenges to overcome but everyone on their team worked hard and had a good attitude throughout the process.

I called at 8:15 in the morning and the repair team came in the afternoon that day to fix my AC compressor. They were polite and a pleasure to deal with.

Arrived on time. Introduced themselves. Began winter service of heating system for the first time. The knowledge of heating systems were extraordinary. They went the extra mile to clean and analyze the entire system. At the end of day they had returned to fine tune our heating system with additional parts. Very very pleased with there desire to do a great job. Had to leave the house before they were finished. They cleaned the area. And carefully locked the house with a call to me saying they left and the status of the system. After 60 years of owning a home, I have never had such great service. Thank you

PS there was a woman trainee as part of the team very knowledgeable and looking forward to being on her own. Shout out to Joyce for a diverse service team
