Called Joyce to have our annual furnace servicing done since they installed the furnace in our new home 2 years ago and last year we used a local company that kinda screwed up with billing so we wanted to go elsewhere. I was told it would be $165 but when they arrived told me it was actually $265. They explained that because it was oil and not gas it cost more. Which is fine but you'd think since they did the installation they would know what type of furnace we had ahead of time. I also never would have kept this apointment had I known it would cost an extra 100 dollars, especially not when multiple other companies quoted me under 200 dollars but thats besides the point..
When I asked for a bill to be sent to me I recieved a bill stating that my service cost $245 and that the check for $245 was paid in full. The problem is the check i wrote was for $265. When I questioned the reason for this I was told the extra 20 dollars is because I'm in Manchester, which again. Is fine. But something you think they would communicate to their customers ahead of time and not forget to include in their itemized bill.
To make matters worse, the technicians did not even clean up after themselves and left a mess all over the floor. For $265 i expect much better service. They didn't even leave a tag or sticker on the furnace stating that it had been furnace on this date like every company has done every year prior.
After leaving this review I recieved a call from the manager Lauren who promptly addressed this matter and offered to send me a check for the 100 dollar difference which I thought was satisfactory so I updated my review to reflect that. I did recieve the check with an apology letter attached.

When it was time to take out our oil heat and convert to propane, I had three different providers come to my house and talk to us about how that would look and how it would be done. I went with Joyce because they did such a fabulous job on my AC installation. One of the other companies did a great job coming out here, but I felt it was less of a risk going with Joyce. It was a very complicated procedure. But they did indeed get it all done in one day. it appears to be working perfectly, and is awaiting its final inspection.
My only reservation, was that there was supposed to be a partnership between Eastern Oil and Joyce heating. And although they were all on the same bill, I still had to negotiate and call and make arrangements with both companies myself . That was a little disappointing. However, once it was done, it all seems really great.

Josh was very informative, helpful and polite. He checked our Mitsubishi system and did some repairs to out gas furnace.

Had Joyce install my new heating and ac system today. They were absolutely amazing. Could not give them enough stars for there service. Arrived on time, took the time to ensure my floors were protected. Even vacuumed everywhere they had been before they left. Jim, Mike, and Tom took the time to explain the new system and thermostat. They were fantastic to deal with. The entire Joyce team from Jim and Mike and Tom to Tina in the office were amazing. Will use them for all our HVAC needs moving forward. I recommend when you need something fixed or replaced call Joyce they will get it done right.

My furnace fan was obviously out of alignment, it was making some noise. And before the small problem became a big problem, I wrote Joyce Cooling and Heating to schedule a service call.

They quoted me $89 for the call. They showed up early, re-aligned the fan (its now quiet), and left within 30 minutes. And only charged me $89.

Can't say enough about how good and professional the service was.

(Last summer I had called a competitor HVAC company in the Hudson area. Was quoted $200 to recharge my AC Coolant. Was invoiced $900. I looked up my old emails to make sure I didn't call them again, and that's how I came across Joyce. 2700+ positive reviews, and my 5 star review is one more).

I used Joyce Cooling and Heating to reset my furnace after I ran out of oil. The price was fair and they did a great job. Thanks Nick for your help!

Dan was extremely professional and did an excellent job of installing a new gas hot water heater for us. We were very pleased that Joyce was able to help us during the holiday week.

Calvin and his crew showed up on time and were prepared for the install. They had coordinated with the electrician and everything went smoothly.
They were respectful of wearing a mask and kept social distance when we were communicating. My home was left absolutely clean and tidy. The team worked efficiently and were done in no time at all.

Tyler came and replaced a broken zone valve. He worked in a timely manner, replacing the valve and restoring heat to my bedroom.
