We recently had a Lennox gas furnace installed by Joyce Cooling & Heating's CJ Steinbrecher, who did a timely and great job. His impressive knowledge, attention to detail, and organization made the installation process smooth and easy to communicate with. CJ and his apprentice A.J. were respectful of our home, ensuring the area remained clean throughout the installation. CJ was always available to answer our questions, considerate with chemicals, and provided us with courteous service and instructions on how to properly maintain the furnace.

NICK was so wonderful! He was patient and kind and answered all of our questions. Nick saw how nervous and upset we were, with no heat. He set up heaters on all 3 floors so that we would not freeze and so the pipes would not freeze and burst! He told us we need a new boiler and that he would have someone call us on Monday to schedule installation. He also gave me his phone number if I had questions. If you offer Employee of the week or month, Nick's your guy! Your company is so lucky to have Nick on staff! I assume you only hire the best, so I look forward to working with the installation crew. Simply amazing - Another HVAC company visited, told me my system was a loss and quoted me 16K - James showed up on time, very personable - I explained the problem, he walked over to my AC unit, pressed something and the unit kicked on - A bad capacitor and a bad pressure switch -James is honest, sincere and knew exactly what he was doing - James took the time to explain the issue and reviewed the rest of my system with me - I cannot recommend enough and have signed a Service Contract with Joyce for the future - Its rare to find people that want to fix your problem and not try to sell you something for no reason - So glad I found Joyce!

I found this company to be extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I had a new central air unit, gas furnace and tankless water heater unit installed and they did a great job. Mike and Shawn were super knowledgeable. They knew everything about my old system as well as my new one and explained everything they were doing in a very detailed yet easy-to-understand way. It was honestly a pleasure. These guys did a great job and I highly recommend this company if you want fast and knowledgeable service.
