This was my first experience with Joyce.
From the original estimate with Ray to the installation with Corey P, they were patient with addressing all my concerns. Installation went smoothly. Corey P explained thoroughly how to use my first smart thermostat and sensor. I look forward to working with Joyce for all my HVAC needs.

CJ and his crew did a great job when they installed my mini-split heat pump. I was amazed at how hard they worked! They were polite and careful not to track snow into my house. They also did great job of making sure that my sneaky cat did not get outside. Ray the salesman was wonderful too. He came out a second time because I had more questions after talking with the five other companies I had gotten estimates from, . Most importantly, Ray was the only salesman who offered me the option of installing a 15K unit downstairs. All the other ones recommended a 12K. After the unit was installed, I realized that the 12K would not have been enough.

Joyce Heating & Cooling is always the company we call. Matt just installed our new A/C unit. He was on time, very professional, and answered all of my questions. The Lennox product is a good quality and great price.

It was a great experience having central air installed with Joyce. From making arrangements with Tina to dealing with Tyren and his team. All were professional and very nice. Both Tina and Tyren in particular were not only personable but also informative and accommodating. I will recommend Joyce to anyone. Thanks to Joyce for the hard work and dedication.

I had my gas fired water heater fail on Friday before I was expecting company. Joyce was able to replace the unit the same day. Dan T. showed up on time, actually a little early which was great. He did a great job replacing the unit along with supply water valves and gas valves. I'm pleased with his work.

We had no heat and called so many places Joyce was the only company that would help get to us that same day!
Josh S. was so friendly and efficient, he explained everything to us, showed us what was going on with our furnace and our options. He took the time to go over things carefully and even share rebate options depending on the path we chose for furnace. Thank you Josh S. highly recommend this guy and Joyce overall!
