Tyler called me the morning of my appointment to ask if he could come early. Arrived exactly when stated. He was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. My issue was a clogged valve and he explained that yearly maintenance may have prevented this issue. I had not had my system serviced for a few years. He also took the time to answer my questions about a new system with air-conditioning. I had a good comfortable feeling with Tyler and will trust this company to install my new system when needed.

Josh came out to fix my A/C unit, I was able to get a next day appointment and he was professional, on time and very knowledgeable. He was able to fix and get my system back up and running quickly.

We were heading out for an extended vacation the next day and our upstairs heater stopped working (our Son would be using the home while we were away). The guys at Joyce came with very little notice (they definitely fit us in after they finished their long day) and then when they needed a part, they called another technician who drove over and brought the part. They stayed and made sure it all worked before leaving. Top notch service! Very much appreciated.

Mitchell was very courteous, knowledgeable and fixed the problem! We had someone check it out the day before and they said it was fine, but, apparently it was not. He got to the bottom of it and gave us a back up plan for if something were to come up again.

Joyce Cooling & Heating has been my primary go-to since buying my current home. Fairly priced and professional, knowledgeable technicians are often a hard combination to find. Always can count on Joyce Cooling & Heating. They were out the same day for a no heat situation in a commercial tenant space. Everyone was very courteous and pleasant. Right from the original call and throughout the repair. Tyler called ahead of arrival as I was told at time of making the service request. The problem was diagnosed. An estimate to do the repair was sent so that I knew up front what the cost would be. I figured they would have to order the replacement gas valve. To my surprise. Tyler called back and said they have the part and he would be back out the same day to replace it. Since this is winter and this was on a Friday before a weekend that was great news. I would recommend Joyce Cooling and Heating to everyone. I have used them for complete HVAC installs, repairs and routine maintenance. Both commercial and residential. Always such a great customer service from Joyce cooling and heating. My furnace didn’t wanna turn on. I called at the last minute at the end of the day and was able to have a tech to my house within a half an hour. The tech that arrived was Tom . He has been to my house for maintenance before. Always more than pleasant, and willing to explain what is happening, and how to handle the situation if it occurs again. I can’t say enough good things about this company and all the techs that I’ve come to my house!

Not one to do many reviews but, i have to give credit where credit is do. The service call was same day. The tech was professional and most importantly honest. Your Joyce team as a whole amaze me at the quality of work and there integrity as a team. You folks are my number one choice for plumbing, heating and AC work. No word of a lie, your techs are best i have ever used. Keep up the good work.
