Matt was pleasant and professional. I felt at ease with him right away. He also looked into an AC issue that was simple to fix in the end. I appreciated his willingness to look into it and his great attitude!

My water heater started leaking I called the emergency line at 630a, and had a Joyce truck in my driveway at 830a. This company is simply amazing. Estimate to job completed in just over 2 hours. Aaron did a great job explaining the install process. In my neighborhood we ONLY use Joyce Cooling and Heating.

I would recommend Joyce Cooling and Heating to anyone. From the very first phone call to set up an estimate. We were were impressed with Jason who came out to give us ann estimate and advice. And it didn’t stop there. Installation was done very professionally. Corey and his crew were friendly and experienced. Took time to explain everything to us. Very patient with our questions. I spoke with Tina in the office and she , too, was very helpful. Great job everyone.

Nick broke the news to me I need to replace my AC unit, it was unfortunate news however his level of empathy and professionalism made the conversation easier to have. As a small business owner, first year in business, this wasn’t the news I wanted to hear. He informed me Joyce does finance so I will be moving in this direction. After dealing with2 other HVAC companies in the area, I appreciate the high level of customer attention and professionalism Nick delivered, so I will be using Joyce for all of my HVAC needs.

Excellent service! We had our water heater flushed and furnace checked by Tom S. and everything went smoothly. He was truly knowledgeable, professional and a really nice person. We had quite a few questions as we are relatively new to the area and he took the time to explain everything in detail. No wonder Joyce has so many good reviews, it's got an amazing team!

Nick C. came to my home to fix my home central Air. He was very pleasant to talk to. He answered all of my questions and verified I was happy with the work they did. He removed the issues "Rodent nest" and fixed the damage wires. He answered a few further questions I had, and gave me some ideas to reduce the issue in the future. I would highly recommend his services.

Today Nick completed annual maintenance on our A/C. He was here during the time promised and even called us 12 min. before arrivng. He was professional, polite and informative. He also left everything as it was before he started.

Our new ac was not pumping water out and it leaked in floor. Within several quick minutes Josh was at our door and had the problem repaired. We were very impressed with the service and he was very friendly and courteous too. On a holiday too!

Our boiler stopped working on a Saturday of all days. Jay was really nice and explained up front the cost to come out after hours. We understood and he agreed to call me when he was on his way as he had a couple other people in front of him. He was timely, friendly and explained the issue. The part we needed was not something they kept in stock but Jay explained next steps and kept in contact. On Monday the part was found a little earlier than expected and Tyler called and let me know he was on his way. Tyler was also professional, timely and friendly and fixed the issue. I was pleased with the service and so appreciative of getting same day service! I’ll definitely call Joyce again!

Joyce Cooling and Heating installed 4 mini split AC units in my house in May 2023. From the initial meeting with Jason to the final installation with CJ I could not have been happier. Jason walked me through the system components and what would be most efficient for my home. Jason was available for multiple calls to discuss the benefits of each system and followed up with a call after the system was installed. CJ and his team performed the work in a timely manner and very professional during the entire installation process.
