Unfortunately Day 6 in my new home led to a need to replace my Boiler. I called Sanford for support due to the outstanding service I had in my prior home with 2 Propane systems water heater and a/c. They provided quote within hours and 48 hrs later this incredible team Alex D & Kyle were here removing a 31 yr old boiler and installing new Boiler. We experienced an HVAC outage on the hottest day of the year.

The person who answered the phone was responsive, very helpful about our options, and kept us informed about when we'd be seen, following up when the truck was actually headed our way.

The Master Tech, Mike Kelly, arrived on schedule, introduced himself and immediately got to work expertly diagnosing the problem, his decade+ years of experience guiding his approach. Once the problem had been isolated, Mike presented us with three options for repair / replacement and arranged to have the needed (somewhat rare) part for this older system available the following day.

As I observed Mike doing the subsequent repair, I became aware that he'd earned his certifications in a state with rigorous requirements. He was professional and meticulous, taking small but significant extra steps to minimize the chances of a callback. We also appreciated his site cleanup after the repair was completed.

Brett was very professional and polite. We’ll continue to use Sanford because of his customer service.

Zach L. always does a great job when he comes to service my heating system. He is friendly and cheerfully chats with me. He respects any concerns I have, answers all of my questions, and takes the time to keep me posted on the work he is doing. He makes suggestions about ways to improve my heating system but doesn't push me into it. That way I can consider his suggestions for possible changes in the future. I'm already scheduled for my next annual maintenance!

Had a new Hybrid Heating system installed in my home. It is a very elaborate setup and the folks at Sanford did a great job. Brian had come to diagnose a small problem. It took a couple visits as there was a part that needed to be exchange due to being defective. Brian was always on time and he explained everything he was doing so I could understand the system. He never gave up even when it turned out that another thermostat wire had to be run to make everything ok. Our house was built in 1957 so it was no easy task however Brian was able to do it and all is well now. Thank you Sanford for having such great employees!!!!1

From the estimate to the install Sanford Heating and Cooling was amazing. During the estimate, Dale was thorough with the options for our heating system as well as the plan for an instal. Kyle and Rick did our installation and were on time, professional, and hard working. They made sure we were comfortable during the installation and worked long hours to insure we were not without heat. In addition the company has COVID safety protocols put in place to protect both employees and home owners. I would highly recommend for any heating or cooling needs.

Phillip and Alex provided us with excellent service today - - - arrived on time, worked very neatly, did an amazing job cleaning our 50 air vents. They are intelligent, extremely polite and very trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Update added 6/11/19 - - - today Zach L cleaned our tankless water heater. He was on time, very professional, very helpful & extremely polite. Highly recommend!

I purchased my home 2 years ago and needed to call for service when my AC was not cooling during a very warm spell. The folks at Sanford were very accommodating and sent Brian out the next day! He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. My issue was minor and Brian resolved it quickly. I will sign up for a service plan with Sanford and ask that they help maintain my HVAC going forward. I will recommend Sanford to neighbors and friends.

I've been doing business with Sanford Temperature Control for many years. I've always been happy with their friendly service and honesty. I have been particularly impressed by Zach. He has helped us with a few different issues over the last year or two. Super knowledgeable, professional, on time, and friendly.

Ricky performed high level technical service to our Rinnai Heating system and Hot water heating system, made modifications and replaced parts, full maintenance 4000 hrs, tune up, diagnostics, and modifications. Excellent work, highly professional and personable.
