Zach was dispatch to perform the yearly check up to our home central air system. From the appointment setting to the end of the service The Sanford Co. was very professional and explained thoroughly every step of the way. Zach didn't mind me following him around and asking questions and also was very personable which made the experience that much better!! I have used Sanford for the last two years and plan on using them again in the future.

In a word, impressive! Water heater had failed, so needed replacement ASAP. Sanford was booked solid, but Nate and Kelsey found a way to schedule an install for the next morning. Yes, impressive that they cared enough to make things happen. Brian, a Master Technician, arrived timely as scheduled, and he was most professional in every way. His installation was neat and clean, and our hot water was flowing again in short order. At Sanford, "Be Outstanding!" is their motto. And, that, they are. June 9, 2016

Our AC unit was damaged during a lightning storm back in April. The manufacturer led me to Sanford Temperature Control for any repair services. The staff has been wonderful from beginning to end. I called and even though the next day was fully booked, I immediately was put on a hold for the tech to come out if any openings occurred. Half hour later, I had a confirmed appointment. Zach was the tech who was assigned to our home; he called almost a full hour ahead of my scheduled window to let me know he would be at the site 30min early. Zach was very professional and very easy to talk to. He let me follow him around (I am an engineer and always curious to learn about what is broken and how to fix it.) He didn't mind my questions and explained everything he was doing. He was very friendly with my dogs, even gave them some belly rubs for a bit so they could stop being so excited. Nothing was visible as being damaged, so Zach explained to me what could be wrong and a price breakdown for each. He even explained Sanford’s Service Partner Plan and how it works.

A week later Zach came back to finish the job. He arrived at the home right on the promised time, and completed the job in less than 30 min. Efficient and satisfactory. Thank you Sanford Temperature Control, and thank you Zach for taking care of us ahead of these hot temperatures!

Kyle, Jared & Rick spent the day installing a new air source heat pump. They entertained all of my annoying questions even while correcting the previous HVAC companies installation errors during the new system install. These guys know what they are doing and would recommend them to anyone

Zach and Alex were prompt for the appointment we had arranged for the new home we had just purchased to install Wifi thermostats. They went around the house and made sure they understood the systems and how everything was set up. Zach and Alex answered all of our questions and provided helpful tips when they noticed other items to bring to our attention. What was also important was they were approachable and personable which made the appointment much more enjoyable! They were able to provide us with a detailed quote and get started with the project right away! They explained everything in terms we could understand, cleaned up after they were finished and took all trash with them. The communication leading up to the appointment from Sanford was also helpful. I highly recommend Sanford if you're looking for a company to service your boiler, AC and install Wifi thermostats!

Very knowledgeable and professional, the tech new my heating unit and took care of it efficiently and thoroughly. He even noticed what another service did (and did not) do, asked for more information on why, then took the time to advise us on its care and expected lifetime. This company does not take you for a ride, but is honest and fair. I will not be going back to the prior service, and have signed up for a discounted service contract with Sanford. These folks are good!

This is the second time I've had Zach L, service my heating and AC system. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and honest. He showed and explained the repairs my system needed. Sanford has always responded quickly, and with reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

Ryan was the technician they sent and he did a thorough inspection and explained things he found to me in laymen's terms. He told me about all the services that Sanford offered and about their service plan that would save me money on any service He also took the time to answer all of my questions. I was very impressed with his professionalism and personality. My first experience was excellent and I plan on giving them my future business.

We recently discovered Sanford when we had a continual issue with our water staying hot. They were able to squeeze us into their schedule very quickly! Zach was our service technician and it was obvious he knew what he was doing! He figured out the problem with our burner and helped us decide on the most cost effective solution! We were very pleased with Zach's professionalism and his respect for our time and comfort!
