Sanford Temperature Control

Rick was very nice and professional. He even remembered my dog's name when he came back haha. While repairing my mini split he found a simpler way then the original plan. He let me know this and was able to get around $1,000 off the original quote. They came within an hour of me calling to quote and came later that week to repair the mini split. I almost never hire contractors because I often find they are lazy or dishonest. I am very happy that I hired Sanford though.

We had Kyle, Rick, and Jared from Sanford install a new furnace and heat pump. They did a fantastic job, and were very friendly and professional.

Professional and personable technicians! They quickly found the issue and applied a ‘band aid’ until it could be fixed properly. Thanks for getting our (slightly elderly) furnace back up and running!

Jared G. was very respectful of our home and professional, hard worker. Kyle G. was very knowledgeable and set up the new thermostat, answered all our questions and also very professional. It was a long day for both of them, but they got it done and both did a great job.

We have been using Sanford Temp Control for about eight years now and have found them to be very responsive to our needs. In addition to the regularly scheduled maintenance, we have also, at times, needed to get urgent fixes carried out. We have not had any issues with those requests as well. I am very comfortable recommending them.

Kyle was the lead service technician for an arrow seal job in My Home. Kyle was personable professional and helped me to understand the details at each step of the job. I feel he went above and beyond on this job and he stayed late to make sure we had the best result from the Aeroseal treatment. I can’t thank him and his team enough for their efforts. Rick and Jared were also great members of his team. Going into crawlspaces doing professional work even answering any questions me or my wife had they were a great team.

The Sanford team was easy to work with and mitigated our heating issue with a high quality on-demand LP heating system. They even removed the old oil tank for us. Good job Sanford.

We used Sanford for many years before it was sold and still owned by Dale Sanford. When Dale owned it, everyone was professional, prompt, and extremely responsive. We had an estimate over a month ago and we had gone back and forth twice with questions, and my last inquiry has been unanswered for 3 weeks. This company is COMPLETELY different in just the span of a year and we will be taking our business elsewhere. It’s a shame because Dale spent a lot of time and hard work making this company what it was, sad that the new owners are running it so unprofessionally.
