Sanford Temperature Control

Sanford Temperature Control called the day before my appointment to remind me of the visit the next day and called the day of the service to say when the technician would arrive. The technician was on time and very courteous and friendly. He tested all the HVAC systems and did all the necessary checks. I'm very happy with Sanford and would recommend them.

Brett was on time, friendly and got the job done right. Very informative on everything he did and explained in detail a couple recommendations. We look forward to continuing our services with Sanford!

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, kind and pleasant from quote to install. This company and their employees are exceptional in a time when few companies are. They are truly customer oriented and work dillegently to ensure your satisfaction in their product and labor. If I did not mention Kyle and Rick and their apprentices directly, I would do them a disservice. These gentlemen were so pleasant and professional, it was a joy to have them here. They all were so patient with the puppies as well. Great job guys!!!

Just got a new hot water heater installed by Sanford yesterday. They replaced our 20 year old hot water heater. The entire process from quote through installation went off without any problems. Dale came out and reviewed our existing system and gave us a very competitive quote. Over the course of the next week we exchanged emails, I had quite a few questions. When we decided to proceed the business office reached out to us and handled the scheduling and payment over the phone. Kyle came out a week later and did the install in a few hours on morning. He was really good at keeping me updated during the installation. At the end of the installation he showed me how to adjust the hot water temperature. Everyone I worked with at Sanford was great. They did it quickly , professionally and were wonderful to work with.

Sanford is great. Fast, reliable, and communicative. We have been serviced by them twice now. This past time we had the pleasure of Paul servicing our A/C. Paul was awesome! He really took his time to explain everything to me about our A/C and A/C systems in general. Paul provided us with very friendly and professional service. Paul is the best 👍👍👍

Craig and Mike installed our new boiler over the course of two days. I was impressed by their courtesy, professionalism, knowledge and commitment to the job. We were quoted a two day job and we had heat and hot water at the end of day two. The workspace and area outdoors were kept neat and organized. When the job was complete, they answered all of our questions. Every interaction I have had to date, starting with Kyle who provided the quote, to the office personnel and the installers has been a pleasant experience. I look forward to working with Sanford Temperature Control in the future and I highly recommend their services.

My previous review above is at least 6 years old. Today, Ricky D. was dispatched to our house on the same day I called for service. He quickly diagnosed the reason why we were not getting hot water. He drove to the next town over to get the part he needed and returned to repair the system. Ricky showed us the part he removed and explained why it failed. Sanford Temperature Control continues to provide excellent service everytime.

Sunday morning we woke to no hot water-called and received an appointment within a couple of hours. Rick arrived on time and found the problem quickly and was able to make the repair. During his final inspection he found another potential problem which was also corrected. Above and beyond service well done!

Kyle and Rick just completed a two day job for us. They installed a new heat pump, furnace, hot water heater and a water recirc system. Throughout the two days they were efficient, personable, knowledgeable and genuinely determined to do an excellent job. And they left our home immaculate! I can't praise them or rate them high enough, but they have certainly assured their company that they have a new customer for life. Our neighbors have already begun asking us how their work was. Looks like there will be some new business coming their way. And Sanford deserves it if Kyle and Rick are examples of the kind of employees they hire and train.

Our heat went out last night and we called our plumber Jarvis Adams who recommended Sanford Heating and Cooling for our heating issue. The company fit us in, called and told us when to expect the technician Zach Lewis, and called again when he was on the way to our house. Zach was very professional, well prepared, got right to work and found a way to make the system work while we order a new part and will have it put in once it arrives. My husband and I are very pleased with the professionalism and technical acumen of Sanford Temperature Control and it's technicians. We highly recommend them for your heating needs.
