Sanford Temperature Control

I am sorry to post this very late. I thought I had posted about Both Rick and Kyle, but it seems that my post about Rick was not recorded. I was very pleased with the work Rick did at my home. He was very professional and polite. He and the others including Jared Green worked very hard cleaning the ducts and then installing Aeroseal. He explained clearly what they were doing, especially (as much as I could understand) about the Aeroseal.

Zach L. was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very personable. He performed the annual maintenance on our HVAC system and the work was completed efficiently and within a reasonable amount of time. I am 100% pleased with his service!

Brian arrived when he was expected and thoroughly serviced our heating system. He was wonderful with explanations and was very courteous answering all of our questions. We were happy to contract with Sanford. We like doing business locally and I'm sure our future service appointments will be just as satisfying with quality workmanship.

I had Sanford come out and replace 3 air handlers, and 3 AC units in a hydro air system. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work, and the dedication of the Sanford staff and owner to do a perfect job. Their crew is excellent and highly educated in all things HVAC. Alex, Chad, Justin and Brian did a fantastic job and I couldn't have asked for a better, more knowledgeable group of guys. Dale Sanford is a stand up, honest business owner (and REALLY knows his trade) - the best kind. He stands by his word, product, and company. We will be doing all future business with them as I feel 100% confidant in the design, the execution, and the products delivered.

The entire team was incredible with our water damaged closet of our townhouse. We had to have the extra water tank, the furnace, AC, and all the duct work and such replaced due to the AC drip pan rotting out as well as our water heater's tank breaking. Kyle and Mike were the ones who did all the work and Dale and Theresa were amazing with the fast quotes and communications with myself and my husband when Kyle and Mike discovered there was even water damage to the furnace as well and that was a last minute add-on! Our insurance footed most of the bill and everyone was able to help us with all the paperwork needed to do so. Thank you for being a such well-oiled machine of a team over there. I was not home for the repairs but my husband was and the guys were great at answering any questions he had for them. 5 stars, and totally recommend them!

Mike K is awesome. Both times he was out he was prompt, professional, straightforward and happy to answer any and all questions. He fixed our electric dampers, installed Nest thermostats, and the control board he used as a replacement was setup super neat and tidy. I couldn't have had a better experience. Highly recommend Mike K from Sanford!

Update December 2018: We continue to receive very poor follow up service from Sanford.

Had a ductless system installed back in May. Had a few minor issues along the way. The techs were very hardworking and accommodating, but there seemed to be some problems with scheduling and communication. There probably should have been more techs on the job because they were there til 9pm on install day and still couldn't finish. No 2nd day had been scheduled for us and we were told we'd have to wait another 2 weeks. We ended up getting another day shortly after and my husband was advised to leave work at noon to be there for them for 2pm or so. But then they didn't arrive til 4. This was a office/tech communication issue. We also had installation problems that caused one of our units leak all down our wall. This required 3 additional service visits to fully repair. The system is now great and we love it, and the techs as I mentioned were great- hardworking and professional. I did mention my frustration with communication and scheduling to the owner and he basically told me to move on because it was in the past and it was all complete now. I didn't feel this was a very professional way to respond to my feedback. Overall this is an "ok" company with a few great technicians.

They replaced one of our old air conditioners with a new heat pump. Technicians were great, clean and friendly. They were in an out fast. Highly recommend.

These guys showed up when they said they would. They were quick, knowledgeable, courteous and handled my wild toddler running around with patience and professionalism. I'd recommend these guys to my own friends and family without hesitation.

Both Mike and Kyle were great with the install of my new HVAC unit. They were punctual and the project took less time than they anticipated. They did not hesitate to answer any questions that I had or to give me information on the unit and its operation and maintenance. They were both friendly and professional and I would be glad if they were to do work for me in the future. Sanford in general is a great company to use for my HVAC needs; sales, service, and communication all are excellent.
