Josh, Rick, Kyle, Andrew, and the rest of the team did a fantastic job installing our furnace and air conditioning units. They are all highly professional, respectful, and hardworking. We would highly recommend Sanford Temperature Control Inc.

I scheduled a system check of our furnace with Sanford after receiving an offer in the mail upon buying a new home, and had the pleasure of meeting their technician Zach today. Zach was very friendly, professional and incredibly thorough. He answered every question I had concerning my furnace, and even took the time to explain how each part worked, which I really appreciated. While we very fortunately have not had any issues with our heat, it was wonderful to get confirmation that everything was in good working order, and even better knowing we can contact the friendly team members at Sanford if we have any issues. We had a team of workers from Sanford Temperature Control install a new furnace for us. Alex (and Kyle) were there for all 3 days of the installation and were very professional and personable. They did an excellent job with the installation and were very informative about what they were doing and how to use the new thermostat. They were also very patient with our dogs ;-) We highly recommend Sanford (and Kyle, Alex, others that were here on the first day) for all temperature control needs.

The Sanford team installed an entire new HVAC system last year, including sealing the ducts, and they did an excellent job. Today, we had a system malfunction with water in the basement. Regina and Teresa in the office were very responsive and had someone to the house in less that 2 hours. Derek was able to readily diagnose the issue ---luckily not as bad as it seemed--and provide a solution. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Would recommend Sanford any time.

Derek was very knowledgeable and thorough in checking the maintenance of my furnace/air conditioning unit. He took the time to answer my questions and gave me helpful suggestions regarding the unit and filter.

I have used this company at the recommendation of the previous homeowner for 3 years since I moved here. They recently scheduled my heating check to be done in late January and I had an issue come up just as cold weather hit. Just this week I had an issue with my zone control and was told I needed a new damper motor. The technician came and determined the issue and the technician they sent a week later to install had no idea of the problem. He even had to ask me if the system was working correctly rather than check it himself. I had no idea how to check it other than to turn the heat on. He said it was fixed. However, I am still having the same problem as before.
*Update - they sent a third technician out who determined that the wrong damper was indicated as bad and replaced. They are going to replace the correct one now and the technician who came out this time seemed much more knowledgeable and helpful. Still rough to have to go through this to get the correct result. However, I am changing from a one star review to a three since they are correcting the error at no additional cost.

Our technician was Brian. He arrived at the time I was given over the phone and was very professional. Brian diagnosed the problem and completed the install of the new hardware needed right then. He made sure to keep us informed during the process and cleaned everything including the floor where he had his tools. I highly recommend Sanford, especially Brian! We are more than pleased with our experience.

Ricky D and Jason did a great job with maintaining and updating our furnace. It's always a pleasure working with the Sanford staff. They are friendly and professional.

I highly recommend this company for HVAC installation/repair. Shortly after moving into our new home we discovered that both our hot water tank and HVAC systems were not functioning properly. Paul and Derek diagnosed the problems and put some temporary fixes in place right away. Next, Dale spent time with us going over our options for cost-effective, energy efficient replacements. Finally, Kyle, Rick, Josh and Jason expertly installed the new systems, dealing with a few unforeseen obstacles as they arose. Kyle went above and beyond by adding covers to our pipes to stop condensation from dripping onto our floors. They were highly professional, neat and punctual as well as very personable. Also, Theresa and Selena at the office were a pleasure to work with as well. All in all, they turned what could have been a nerve-wracking ordeal into a seamless process. Thank you!

Zach L. did a good job of looking at our old system and helped me with choice of new Ac and Heating system. Kyle G and his crew did a quick professional job of removing the old system and installing the new Carrier system. It looks good, they did a great job cleaning up, and we couldn't be happier with everything from start to finish
