    Technician changed the wrong part for $1500. The part that needed changing was another $1500. They didn't charge us for the 2nd part. That's why they get 2 stars. Said it would be 5 to 8 business days. 1-80 closed so it was quite a bit longer at my mother-in-law's. Wife called a couple times and got no response

    staff were excellent, knowledgeable and did a good job quickly for the amount of work involved. Took the extra time to program the new thermostat and tied in our wi-fi for remote access.

    They are timely and professional but they are also extremely overpriced and taking advantage of people that don’t shop around. Quoted us $4300 to replace a hot water tank, had it done with the same tank and longer warranty for $1700, I could understand a few hundred difference but almost 3k is truly just taking advantage and disappointing to see!

    I had a furnace and then duct work installed. Furnace install was great, duct work not so much. The installer cut too big a hole for the boot, in the carpet in our master bedroom, and too big a hole in our hard wood floor. He also put some pretty big scratches in the hardwood. I was able to patch the wood floor with some scraps I had. The carpet had to be patched by Evergreen carpet. Luckily, I had some scrap carpet. The building inspector found a screwdriver and partial roil of duct tape in the crawl space. He also suggested I pick up the cut off wire ties they left behind. I had to go on YouTube to learn how to program the thermostat. No one showed us how to use the app. Because I had to patch the floors and for the general hassle we went thru, Jason promised a gift card for our anniversary. Well, the anniversary has come and gone and no gift card. They have great commercials with smiling actors, but in reality, they forget a lot of the things they promise. Get it in writing!
