Their ads alone are some of the most entitled geriatric passive aggressive ads I have ever heard. I'm tired of hearing their crybaby ads over and over while alienating the working public and acting like people don't work hard becuase their shirt is dirty, insulting other companies because their trucks are older.... I'd rather hire someone with some empathy and integrity
The repairman, Tim, for Sierra Air was knowledgeable, polite, and informative. He had the a/c up and running in less than an hour. The salesman, Frank, came out the following day and was also very knowledgeable about the different types of central air systems. He explained everything in terms we were able to understand and was not pushing us to purchase the highest priced system. He let us choose.
Water heater went out. Called in the am for service. Were told it would be today but not sure when. Tech called to say it would be 7:30 pm. Came on time. Was very polite and was able to take the burner apart, reset the system, showed me the whole process. Answered all my questions, figured out it was still under a parts warranty. Called me the next day after he had checked sith the manufacturer who recommended the valve should be replaced so he ordered the part. Later that day the office called me to set up appointment to install the replacement part. Very happy with the service
Sierra Air exceeded my expectations. They were able to move up our appointment which is much appreciated! The tech, Brain Lynch, was well mannered and friendly, and very knowledgeable! He repaired our aging system, quickly and efficiently. Thanks, Sierra Air!
Tech came out and told us the problem was the fan motor. Our AC unit was causing too much load and making the breaker trip. We bought the new fan motor replaced it and it didn't fix the problem. We paid for diagnosing and didn't get the answer. We had different company come out and they say the inside is dirty and needed a good cleaning and was surprised the other company didn't start with that. Sierra Air quoted us like $1400 for be fan motor and we bought it for $200 and installed it ourselves but didn't fix the problem.
I've used Sierra Air for years and have never been disappointed. They always do an excellent job! I recommend them to my friends and family as well. If you have any issues with your HVAC systems please give them a try. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed.
The service man was very pleasant. He came in went right to work. When he finished, he told us exactly what he'd done, how our furnace and air conditioning were holding up. Showed us pictures from his phone of early signs of wear. Which helps us in the financial planning for future expenses. He then took a look at our 5 month old puppy, and we talked about dogs. He was great. Friendly and professional.
