I had an emergency with my oil heater where I thought we might need a new oil pump because another company said it was not working. Bob sent a technician out within a couple days (others were 1-2 weeks out because of being shorthanded). He fixed the problem without having to install a new pump saving me over $300. He also took time to make a few adjustments to make the furnace run more efficiently. I recommend them.

I was in need of a fast furnace repair during an unexpected cold spell from our wonderful Nevada unpredictable weather. Our family was cold and we couldn't get our furnace running no matter what we did. Bob at Lamb's Heating was courteous, informative and had our home warm and cozy faster than I could get anyone else out here. I worked for a Heating & Air company for 8 years in the past, so I know what a good service tech is all about. I later referred this company to a friend who got an incredible install as well. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call next time you need service and / or installation needs. Bravo!

bob Lamb is a joke, of a man and awful business owner. he did work on my house and just postponed appointment all summer...now the heater doesn't work...than he comes to fix the heater and the ac unit doesn't work...he leaves before the job is finished. awful customer service. will be contacting bbb and other routes soon if my unit is working properly

Les was very helpful, explained the issues well, was on time and finished the maintenance quickly. I hope he comes back next year for my annual mtnc.
