I had the service contract from Sierra Air for a few months after the tech left we keep hearing a sound in coming from the furnace and found that the tech placed electrical tape over the safety switch, and left a screw out of my furnace cover luckily I found the screw a few feet away. so it was flapping open when the furnace came on this could have possibly caused a fire. Also the tech was 4 hours late for my visit and stayed in my house until 9:30pm (this was not his fault) I eventually asked if he needed help and I assisted him with turning my thermostat off and on. Also I felt like instead of maintaining my furnace which works great they just wanted to sell me a new one.

Even though we're still working on the solution to my problem, I received the best service I could have hoped for. I highly recommend Sierra Air. 06/30/23 Figured out the problem and they honored the warranty of the furniture at no charge to me. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Our maintenance fellow was awesome, his name was Dustin. He cleaned up after himself, even replaces some batteries in thermostats, and left filters. He was super professional and explained everything thoroughly. I recommend their service very highly.

We recently had Sierra Air install a new HVAC unit in our home. We asked about having all of our ducts checked and cleaned. They came out and did a great job and now everything is clean and no more dirty ducts! Thanks for excellent service from Sierra Air

Furnace Blower motor and all components cleaned. Service technician "Dustin" was on time as stated, very professional,courteous and respectful. Rechecked Thermostat and Furnace to ensure that it was working properly before he departed. Went over in detail the work that he had completed to and including before and After photos. They lived up to their commercial. Showed up on time (actually early). Were friendly and communicative. Worked quickly and efficiently, Cleaned up everything when they finished. Provided information on the state of our AC units. Pretty much everything you could expect.

Austin our Tech was great.. spotted a previous tech improper part install, and remedied the issue. He was very respectful, and courteous & and most of all knowledgeable about our HVAC system.

The technician installed two furnaces and one new air conditioning system. He and his assistant arrived on time and provided a very professional service installation. He provided updates during the installation along with the estimated job completion. He completed the job on time and cleaned the areas before leaving each night.
