Sierra Air Inc. exceeded our expectations from the detailed inspection to determine our needs, to the installation of a new furnace and sealing and insulation of our heat ducts. Within hours the called to set up an appointment to clean out years worth of dust and dirt from the ducts. I would highly recommend Sierra Air to anyone who needs any attention to their home heating systems.
Sierra Air installed new furnace and air conditioning units, about a year ago, in our home. We participate in their annual maintenance program for both units and have been very pleased with the service we receive. They just performed the annual AC service.
Our technician, Logan, was courteous and professional. He told us of pending issues and cautioned us if we did not correct it. He is patient and explained everything in detail. His supervisor, Jorge, was also professional and also offered us his opinion on different circumstances we had encountered. Excellent company and we also signed up for the special customer option.
Tyson Carl came today to do the maintenance on my A/C that I had installed last Sept. He was on time, polite, personable, answered all my questions and was very patient helping me understand how to set the echo timer. He also explained to me everything he was doing.
He deserves more than 5 ⭐️! He is without a doubt an asset to your company. I look forward to him coming to do the maintenance on my furnace and perhaps installing an IWAVE system.
Sierra Air appointment was at 11-1. No one arrived by 1pm and no one called. After calling and on hold, I was told I would get a call back to reschedule. Reschedule was 2-4 same day. Technician called before arriving, completed heating maintenance in an hour. Good job as advertised. I don't no what happened with Sierra Air dispatch. Maybe the major snow storm today?

Recently needed a new AC unit and furnace unit. Contacted 3 services for in home quote's. Tony Kasper Sierra Air Inc Specialist came out and spent 2 hours within in the inspection he shared the photo from the attic and the duct work required due to illegal installation with previous homeowner that need to be replaced properly and would provide the best heating and air flow throughout the house when the new units we're installed. He also checked all the fire alarms and carbon monoxide alarms they are required by law. (The other 2 companies never went in the attic or mentioned the alarms)
Tony also took the time to go through all the packages and the differences in monthly bill % savings, warranties, maintenance and discounts (they are very appreciative of military services given) We chose the gold package and once we confirmed the details work started within days. Felipe, Juan & Taylor was the crew they did excellent work including unexpected challenges (this being a show home re sale) they did not apply additional charges to get the installations correct. They showed up on time & 2nd even earlier than scheduled. (We think they we're giving themselves extra time should they run in to more surprises! lol)
They took care of necessary alarms, duct work and installed a beautiful energy efficient AC and furnace and Taylor explained and showed us how to use the new thermostat. They cleaned up EVERYTHING we're nice and professional & even took great care not to let our house cat out! Would highly recommend to anyone requiring HVAC services. We are truly happy this the experience and how quickly the house regulated to the new upgrades!
I had out A/C unit tuned up at originally 179.99. Ad on tv came out before the appointment date made afterwards, and it's on their website currently, for 129.99. No mention of a rebate or reduction from their office. I guess I should have called for a price adjustment. One would think that customer service would automatically take care of things! The service went well and am pleased. The pricing, however....
I called to make an appointment for my furnace. I talked to the lady that arranged for my appointment time and day and I told her that a tech had been out less that a year earlier and told me that an igniter sensor was going bad and would eventually need replaced. I told the lady that arranged for my appointment date that I already knew what the problem was and told her she said yes that the last tech referenced that it was the igniter sensor I asked please have the tech that comes out to please know that it was a sensor problem so that they could have the part on hand to repair my furnace. The day the tech showed up for the second visit he calls me a to let me know that it was a weak sensor and at that time I told him that I already knew that and why did he show up to and precede to tell me what I already knew and this service change would be $89.00. I do not get the rationale of this because the first tech had already made a note of what was the problem!
