David and Rick at Climate Pros are AWESOME! They explained everything in detail and provided a good advice. We have used Climate Pros multiple times by now. They were always on time, professional, easy to communicate with, and they always did a great job. The rate is very reasonable as well! We will definitely use them again!

Climate Pros came out to our house to do some work for our property management company, it was honestly a horrible mess caused by NV Energy. I will say that Climate Pros was absolutely amazing and commendable on their work ethic. Everyone we encountered was great. A huge THANK YOU to Dave, Lyndsey, Donovan, and last but certainly not least Mike. They have certainly earned any future business from us as tenants and future homeowners. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a professional, clean, friendly, communicative, company.

We bought a Home Warranty when we purchased out new place and within a month we needed Heater Repair. Climate Pros was here asap and Mike and his Partner did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem, replacing the parts and showing us how to maintain the heater. They are fantastic and now the heater is keeping us super comfortable. I highly recommend them.

The people at Climate Pros were amazing. Lindsey in the office always answered the phone (what a concept!), Michael the installer was prompt, patient and answered questions, and Dave the owner personally checked on the progress. I'm a Realtor, and this work was being done through a home warranty. We did not have much time and Climate Pros provided the teamwork necessary to keep the seller, buyer and agents very happy and relieved!!

I've had the good fortune of having Climate Pros of N. NV do more hvac work at my home and office for over a decade. I could not be more impressed and satisfied with the quality of their work, and their integrity- they do the work that is needed instead of upselling to something you don't really need. Hat's off to you Dave for all you do!!!

Horrible customer service! I purchased a home in which my swamp coolers motor is frozen; my home warranty is contracted with Climate Pros. Well they came out said it needed to be replaced and they will get the report out to Fidelity that evening for my contact review. IT TOOK THEM 5 days (3 business days) to send the report! It’s been two weeks now with no A/C and they still have yet to make anything right!! Now I’m being told that I will have to wait another week or so (AT LEAST) for my cooler to be installed!!! I keep calling and the lady says “I’ll call you back with more details” still no call!!

Had them do a home inspection, maintenance and fix a problem they missed. I'm very pleased with the service I received since moving into my home. They're officially my go to for HVAC. Very happy to have my AC, heater, and nest working
