Sierra Air Inc.

The only reason I'm writing this review is because of Cirilo Alvarez and the the 5 star service that he provided. He did a thorough check of my system and had the correct replacement transformer on his truck and he properly mounted it where the old one went. Another Sierra Air tech came out and replaced the transformer and left it sitting on the sheet metal with the spliced wires lightly taped. See the attached photo. I asked that guy to screw it down twice, but he did not. I really doubt that he would have done that on his own heating unit. Thank you Cirilo. Sierra Air needs more folks like you.

We have been using Sierra Air for many years now. We had
the pleasure to have Tyson as our tech for our scheduled
maintenance on our a/c unit. This guy was awesome.
He was able to answer any and all questions that we had
and was very pleasant and friendly. If you are considering
which heating/a/c company to go with, go no further. Sierra
Air is the place, without a doubt. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

For those that do not know, Service Champions has acquired Sierra Air.
We just wanted to share what a wonderful 2 day experience we had with Rudy & Cameron while they installed our new A/C & furnace.
They were so professional and courteous throughout our entire installation. Even when a potential issue arose that could have delayed our installation Rudy was confident that he would still have our job finished on time, we could not help but be at easy with confidence and sure enough they had both our new A/C & furnace working. Employee with such great customer care and job knowledge are rare. Congratulations for having such great employees

The technician was very knowledgeable and did not try to sell us repairs that were not needed at this time. I really appreciated that we were not persuaded to completely replace our system when some smaller repairs could be done successfully. I think that this is a wonderful approach to take with senior customers since we are very wary of being sold high cost replacements and we struggle to afford this. Some of my neighbors were very concerned that we might need expensive repairs, foreseeing the same happening to them. I will let them know that Sierra Air will work within their budgets. I was very impressed by your nice and smart technician.

We have been with Sierra air for 5 years. Last year they came out and told us we needed a new air conditioner...and they were happy to sell it to us too. Air conditioner continue to work just fine last year. This year, they came back and said Oh your fan is leaking oil you definitely need a new air conditioner. We have a home warranty and so I paid to have them come out and inspect our air conditioner. They said there's nothing wrong with it. Nothing! They said the air conditioner will probably run another five years before it needs replacing
The air conditioner continues to work just fine. I canceled my contract with Sierra air. I recommend you stay away from this company.

I am very pleased with Sierra Air Inc. Late Spring my furnace quit working and I called Sierra Air. They came to my house quickly. I think it was the next day. Another company I called said they couldn't come to my house for three weeks. My furnace couldn't be repaired and I already knew that because it was 33 years old. I knew it was running on borrowed time. A new furnace and air conditioner was promptly installed. All of the people I worked with were very polite and enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend Sierra Air Inc.

Sierra Air is certainly on board with great customer service! From the time that I initially called for my air conditioning unit to be serviced until Shawn came out and completed the maintenance on it, I was very impressed by the professionalism and care Sierra Air showed. I felt very confident in the repairs that Shawn suggested because he explained everything so I could understand it. I was extremely happy with Sierra Air.

Stephen Black was very pleasant to deal with. He was polite and explained what our AC unit needed as well as our options based on the age of the system. He completed his work quickly and cleaned up after himself. I would be happy to deal with him anytime. He is a credit to Sierra Air and is very professional and capable.

My 50 + year old family cabin has a single floor heater that needed to be replaced. I called numerous vendors and Sierra Air is the only one who would quote me for a replacement. This was August 2022, delivery install scheduled for mid October. I was told that old unit must be removed before the order could be placed. The delivery/install date got pushed to early November, then Thanksgiving, then beginning of December. Oh, now it’s a supply chain issue and they can’t get confirmation from the manufacturer. Meanwhile, no heat for almost 2 months and I had family and renters coming so something had to be done. This is when Josh at Sierra Air stepped up and got his manager to approve a forced heat option with some ducting since we had no idea when and if we were ever going to get that replacement floor heater. They were able to finally get the new unit installed right before my family arrived and provide me with a discount as well. I only have 4 stars because of the miscommunication from the distributor/manufacturer which caused me to have no heat for 2 months. Josh and the installers did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend Sierra Air.

The service was great. Michael showed within the time frame reserved. He was very courteous and explained everything he did during the appointment. I would definitely recommend Sierra Air.
