    I am extremely happy with our repairs in our heating system. Tim did a phenomenal job, and is very professional, knowledgeable, nice and took really good care of our needs. Sierra Air provided us with prompt service and I recommend them highly.

    The service tech came out to check on our furnace. Said we needed a new one. Took it all to pieces then told my contractor it was too old and couldn't be worked on. He was very short with my contractor and left the gas off. I had to then pay a plumber to come out and turn the gas back on because temps were in the 20's at night. What a huge waste of time and money. 2 stars because they were pretty prompt on coming out to check out our furnace.

    Service technicians Logan and Hunter were very expedient and professional. I was notified by text 30 minutes prior to their arrival, then a phone call shortly after. They both wore boot covers to protect our floors. They were responsive to any technical questions I had, and very cordial. They tuned my HVAC and had some good suggestions for me on maintenance. I recommend Sierra Air Inc. I will use them again when needed.

    I was very impressed with the service. They call ahead and were very efficient. I like the way the service man explained everything to us and took pictures of our heater, etc. up in the attic to show us the "tuneup." Then sent everything to us by email. They let us know about a small oil leak and what the wear and tear is on the blower. They even checked for animal droppings. They automatically put on booties over their shoes without me asking. I am glad I picked Sierra Air.

    I am a disabled senior citizen on oxygen and fearful of contact. This company went out of their way to contact me for summer maintenance for my system because their technician Mike, who installed my system, remembered me. Mike contacted me onroute to the appointment, arrived on time and performed maintenance in a timely, professional manner. The visit was contactless as I requested; all communication with Mike was on the phone. He was extremely kind and compassionate. He understood the heat coming up that weekend approaching 90 degrees would be a health hazard for me without a working system and worked diligently to ensure my system was up and running correctly. He really cared about doing the job right. With employees like Mike, Sierra Air will always be my first choice for heating and cooling service.

    Right on time. Very nice service tech (Michael Matilainen) who explained things well, and didn't push for more than needed. He was also very tidy and didn't dirty my home at all.
    Sierra Air has a great reputation, and people like Michael are why.

    As usual, the guys from Sierra Air are always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Logan, our tech today, was no different. He showed up promptly, advised me of the issues my heater has that will need to be addressed in the future, and he was very friendly and affable during his service call. What more do you need?!?
