Cal Air Cooling and Heating

I have been pleased with Cal Air since I bought my new air conditioner from them three years ago-after researching many other companies. They are polite, prompt, and professional. Service has always been within the window, and the technician is courteous and conscientious.

Alanso from Cal Air did our spring air conditioner check this morning. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. His electrical check showed that the start capacitor on one of the units was weak so I asked him to replace it. Replacing that component can actually save a compressor. I genuinely appreciate his professionalism. Cal Air is an impressive company because of the high caliber of its personnel. I highly recommend them for your air conditioning needs.

Fernando was punctual and very professional. First he asked me if I had any problems with my AC unit. Then he explained what he was going to do to service my unit. When he was finished servicing my unit he told me not to hesitate to call if I had any problems. He was very polite and answered all my questions!

We have used Cal Air many times, and have liked the way they do business. They are always on time and efficient. Service tech Richard knows what he is doing, and won't up sell you anything you don't need. I've noticed Cal Air's need to please every time we've used their service. Consistency in service means something !

Alberto Meza was extremely professional and prompt. My husband and I were impressed with his knowledge of service repair and installation of his company products. My husband was in the hydraulic service industry for 40 years and he wanted to "test" Alberto by not saying a word. Alberto thoroughly explained what was needed and the reasons for it. He also explained other options that are available so we can choose the best product for our needs. What company is on time, inspects the problem site carefully and explains options available for our needs? Hardly any. We were extremely impressed. The cost is reasonable. He also mentioned he is attending school at night. That told us he still wants to improve. That sold us. Conscious, prompt, knowledgeable of his company's business. I like that. That's old school.

Gary is a personable, knowledgeable and friendly technician. He got waylaid by a "friendly neighbor" before he could enter my home but was patient and even offered to give him an estimate once he finished my service. He kept me updated on what he was checking and how the unit was doing. He told me the size of my filters so if I wanted to change to a different kind my shopping would be easier. :) When my coolant levels were found to be low he offered to add some but wasn't pushy which I appreciated. I decided to go ahead with the coolant since summer is fast approaching. Gary also offered me a free estimate on a new unit (since mine is the original from 2001). But once again...not pushy..,. just offering information for a future date. When my unit decides to go to "AC Heaven" I will be calling Cal Air!!! :)

We needed a motor for the fan in the attic and we had someone come and were told they didn't have the motor and there wasn't any motors to be found in the city and it would be about 4 days before they could come back, in the meantime the temp was in the 110-114 degree area. We called two other companies and we're told they would come but wouldn't guarantee they had the part and wouldn't give an approximate cost. Cal Air guaranteed the part, gave use the actual cost to do the job and came 30 minutes earlier than the window they said for arrival. The technician was very pleasant and professional. If i need air conditioning work in the future Cal Air is the only company I'll call.

Absolutely fantastic company! It's hard to find honest and hardworking service providers in Las Vegas so we were thrilled to have been referred to Cal Air by close friends. Excellent customer service! We will have them back this fall to service the heating systems.

We were referred by our neighbors. Alberto came on time and explained or options and answered all the questions we had. Later in the evening he sent us an official proposal which we accepted. They came the next day and installed. During installation they cause a minor damage to the ceiling and Alberto reported it to their office promptly. They sent a drywall contractor the next day and fixed the damage so nicely. I would say Alberto did a great job.

Our tech Vincent Modica was on time , efficent n cautious at all times. He gave us a clear evaluation of the condition of our units. We would definatly use ur service again n recommend to others. Thank u
