Orlando showed up same day, on time. Explained problem and offered choices. Answered all questions in a manner that we could understand. Agreed on a contract. This company offers much more than others I checked out. The installers, Fernando and Victor arrived on time. Layered floor covering for protection. Worked very efficiently. In about four hours the job was complete. Gave a class on the new thermostat. Total clean up inside and out. Very impressed. I will recommend Cal Air to anyone who asks. Regarding "Good value". You get what you pay for. And this company goes out of it's way to up that value. Thanks Cal Air

I called Cal Air because we have an account with them for maintenance. When my mother's heat stopped working I called them. Cal Air had someone out within four hours from when I called. They sent Richard, it was the first time we have met him. What a wonderful nice man he is!! He was very professional and kind. He found the problem in minutes and also explained how the part works and what went wrong with it. Richard got the part we needed and fixed it. He didn't leave until he was sure that everything worked and my mother was fine. I'm glad I found this company, I have been lucky with them.

Vincent was absolutely the best went above and beyond. Explain exactly what was going on and walked me through my system. Thank you. If anything ever happens again this is who I will be calling again and again. Honest and was straight forward about pricing.

These guys did a great job. I wanted the best A/C I could get and Carrier was the brand for me. The install went great and the follow up cosmetic repairs (getting into my attic space was a challenge) came right away. Very happy with these guys.

Excellent service experience! Office response to on-line request was timely and efficient. Richard called before arriving...and arrived on time. Make sure you call and request Orlando! He provided an excellent service and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I am sure that I annoyed him with all of my questions but he didn't seem to mind as he worked on our unit and answered all of my questions. Alonso was an excellent knowledgeable professional! He was thorough, honest , helpful and gave the best air and heat service I have ever had in the Las Vegas Valley and I have been a resident since the 60s. I will most likely look to CAL when I replace my systems in about a year!

same day service , Professional but a quote off the top of the technician's head of 8k for a new unit was a bit radical after my reaction to the price and me having experience with my previous encounter on having to put a new unit into one of my other rental properties, I knew that price was crazy ! Technician Orlando quickly went to his phone and still gave me a high bid. $6970 3 Ton unit
Problem that I had is that to check my unit for leaks was $950 dollars with no Guarantee they would find the issue. & didn't seem like he wanted to even try .
Also to fill my unit back up with the correct pressure seemed high at $650 Dollars.
All in all the technician is no doubt trained to push a new unit install !

Alexis was very pleasant and efficient in setting up my account and getting a service technician to come out right away. Alberto was very courteous and professional and addressed the issue immediately. The unit worked then went off again and Alberto returned and fixed it permanently (at least so far). He spent considerable time but obviously knew what he was doing.
