Hollywood Air HVAC Heating & Cooling

With temperatures climbing into the triple digits, our air conditioner stopped cooling. They were able to fit us in the same day and Igor was quickly able to solve the issue - he had the necessary part with him and now our house cool again! Thank you so much!

So far so good. Came within the scheduled time slot on a holiday. They quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced a capacitor with a new one they had on the truck Will know in a few hours if the house cools.

Tech was running late but the company communicated well with me. The tech also patiently waited a few minutes until I could get home due to the scheduling change. Tech was very polite and professional. Properly diagnosed the unit, didn’t try to repair/replace anything beyond what was necessary.

technician arrived early and got straight to work in less than 2 hours we had cool air again. professional, polite, neat, gave a good explanation of what the problem is. will definitely be calling them again when needed

Tech came within the time frame given. Very polite & explained the problem. Tech had the part in his truck and was able to fix our AC in a timely manner. He did not have the right tool to loosen the screws, however my husband was able to help him out. Our home is cool again.

Awful, wouldn’t recommend them to take out the trash much less touch an AC/heat pump. First trip said couldn’t be covered, then worked 5 hours and couldn’t get it to work, blew breaker basically walked off the job very disappointing

The problem with our unit was found and resolved quickly once the technician came out. We did use a home warranty company and had to clear up some terms and that was done quickly at the time of service. Our technician was very nice and friendly. The one downside was that we have a net around our unit on the roof to keep out the birds and we found out that the tech cut the net from top to bottom to get in and now it is left opened and needs to be repaired.

Very good in time. Very good in diagnostics. Very good in having available parts. Very good in explaining to the customer how to maintain your AC to prevent future problems. Alexander was great! He was able to diagnose and fix the broken thermostat wire in less than an hour. He then walked around the house checking every vent to make sure it was blowing cold air! Great service and very professional!

Our AC went out and Hollywood Air got us on their schedule right away. Alexander arrived and had the AC back up and running in minutes. He is very polite and professional. I would recommend Hollywood Air and will call on them again in the future.
