We had a major AC leak into our living room ceiling. The entire staff including all the service technicians were courteous, caring, professional and put our mind at ease from the minute we called them. They patiently called our insurance and obtained the necessary approvals to proceed with the repairs. They were able to service us immediately due to the nature of the damage. They communicated with us many times throughout this process and kept us updated until the issue was resolved. I had an issue with my Infinity heater. Since Cal Air had services my units before, I decided to give them a call. When Alberto arrived he listened to the issue we were running into and was able to determine what the cause was. It was a bad board on the unit itself. Because it was the busy season, he came back 2 days later ready to work. He brought Marcos with him. They did some more troubleshooting and decided to change out the control unit inside the house as well. Marcos was inside the house and was great. While working on the unit he was also able to talk to us about the reasoning behind the change of the control unit. Both techs were extremely friendly and had a great attitude about them. They were also able to explain to us about the maintenance plans they have. I will definitely call Cal Air for any of my A/C or Heating issues and so should you.

Alonso arrived on time to diagnose the problem with our heating system. He was professional & very careful when he came inside the house. The 1st visit, the problem was not easily diagnosed because I had turned the unit off/on multiple times & interfered with diagnostic codes. When the failure occurred again later the same day, Cal-Air scheduled Alonso to come out 1st thing the next morning & at that time, he was able to accurately diagnose the failure. He ordered the parts from their warehouse & came back the next day to install the new parts. Because we were so confident in his work, we requested that he order the same replacement parts for our 2nd heating unit & he is scheduled to install those tomorrow.

Cal Air was recommended to us by our neighbor and we couldn’t be happier. Our technician Alonso called when was on his way and text us his ID. He was very professional, thorough, and explained everything he was doing. We highly recommend Alonso and Cal Air.

We have the maintenance plan and we are very happy with their service. Orlando comes out twice a year to make sure our units are in tip top shape! He is very professional and always gives us tips on keeping our unit running great!

Orlando from Cal Air came out and serviced my 2 air conditioner units today. He is the best tech that has ever came to my house. He was on time. He even changed my filters for me. I hope I get him every time.

We called in the morning for a minor leak and they were able to come out that same afternoon. Our issue appeared to be from a cracked, clogged pipe. Fernando and Alex had us up and running in short order, explaining and showing us where the problem was. We were VERY comfortable with them being in our home and we really appreciated the text before our appointment with the photo and name of technician as well as them wearing protective booties before entering our home.

The cost was MORE than fair and surprisingly lower than expected.

Not only were they quick but they were friendly and priced extremely reasonable. Very happy I called them and if I ever need AC or Heater help they will be my first call.
