Great experience with Brandon! I try to get business done with Hawaii ties because our culture is one of Ohana (family) and trust. He explained everything he was doing, how to efficiently use the system, and we just “talked story” finding out more about each other’s journey that brought us to Vegas. Highly recommend giving him a try even if you’re not from Hawaii.

So my furnace started making grinding noises, and sure enough, the blower motor shaft dropped into the metal housing, causing the wheel cage to scape. So I called Brandon, and he was able to come over the same day on a Sunday no less. He confirmed the problem I already suspected with my furnace and quoted me a fair price to make the repairs. He got me up and running early the next day. Overall, I found Brandon and his company to be honest, professional, and knowledgeable. In the past, I've tried other companies and even for small repairs like bad capacitors or bad dampers or to install a hard start kit on my air conditioner. Most companies would quote me $1,000 to $2,000 for these repairs. The problem is capacitors, hard start kits, and damper motors all cost less than $100. Other companies' labor prices are just incredibly expensive, like 5x+ of where they should be. I highly recommend Brandon and his company, I know that HVAC repairs are never cheap, but I finally found an HVAC company that I can trust to always give me an honest fair price. Brandon responded immediately and was able to schedule me in the following morning. Showed up on time, provided me with a reasonable quote and had all the parts needed and cleaned up after himself. I can’t imagine not having air conditioning in this heat and The Heating and Cooling Company helped me prevent that! Brandon came to the rescue just in time for Christmas! My fireplace wasn't working, so I reached out. Dealing with issues surrounding gas makes me nervous, but Brandon showed me exactly what was going on and made me feel safe with using the fireplace. Will definitely call him again for any other challenges in the future.
