Jonathan and Mario were dispatched to my house because our A/C went out last night and the temperature kept climbing. Our original timeframe was between 5pm and 7pm today, which would have made it right at 24 hours with no air conditioning. My house had already gone up to 83 degrees! They offered to call us if they had a cancellation, and they were true to their word. We got the call that they were about 25 minutes away, and could be here around 1pm. I answered the door, and could tell right away how empathetic they were with our problem. Less than 2 minutes after taking the side panel off our unit, they immediately identified our issue as a short-circuited wire, and from there it was only a matter of replacing the damaged piece. They were extremely friendly, obviously knowledgeable, and fixed us up FAST with all the tools and parts they needed on hand. My house has already cooled down 6 degrees in the 20 minutes since they left, and we are back in business! I would recommend them to anyone!

Johny was excellent man, fixed our ac in no time with no problems and ease. On time and very polite, just an all around great worker to represent the company. Highly recommend for any work you need done for your ac.

Positive experience, Jonathan was very professional, friendly and helpful. My rental company contacted them to fix my AC that had broke the day before. Pleasantly surprised the tech Jonathan showed up at the beginning of the time slot that he had set up earlier in the day. Mr Johnny was thorough and persistent in solving our AC problem. He explained everything he was doing and why. To top it off, he agreed to come in the same day we phoned at 10pm (!) , on the eve of July 4th and was able to get our AC working. We are so grateful to him!

The team was absolutely amazing. They came as soon as I reported that I had an issue they were out to my home within an hour. They ran all the necessary test and now my AC is working beautifully. I would definitely recommend!!!

Jonathan was amazing! He was on-time, gave me plenty of notice before his arrival, informed me about the issues and the solution, and made sure to completely handle the issue that day. Even during the busiest times of the year, he went out of his way to make sure that he got everything handled that day. I am no longer without A/C thanks to Jonathan.

Some back story: Our downstairs AC had gone out not even a year after I spent $7800 for a replacement condenser. The company who replaced my condensers were no help. They came out and said the issue was with the coil and that it'd cost another $2000 to replace the coil. I didn't have that kind of money to spend and frankly, I felt like I was getting ripped off.

One day, my mother in law brought home a business card for AC repair. I am so glad I called Jhonnathan. He offered to come take a look the same day; I was busy that day so I asked if he could come by in the morning. He came the next day, explained to me the process and what it would take to attempt to fix the issue - he broke down the costs up front and I can't appreciate that enough! He communicated with me every step of the way. He ended up repairing the coil at a fraction of the cost to replace it. He also gave me options if I wanted to replace it but didn't make me feel pressured at all.

After fixing the coil, he discovered a ticking noise that was unusual so he said to have the previous company come out to fix the ticking noise since the condenser should be under warranty still. Love how he was trying to help save me money!

The previous company came out and was of no help at all. They even said since we had someone else out, touching the AC, they don't want to touch it anymore - (Airsquad LV was the previous company and they have terrible customer service.)

I told Jhonnathan what I was informed, and he said not to worry, he'll come back out and take a look. He ended up fixing it with no additional trip charges or anything! You ever meet people who upon meeting them, you know their morals and values are high? This was Jhonnathan and his crew. Thank you for being genuine! My A/C for the downstair quite to work recently. I called The Future of Heating and Cooling and Jhonnatan shows up just in 20 minutes. He checked all possible areas, and gave me several options for fixing it. ... I will definitely call him if my AC needs someone to take care of it.
