I called then in a panic after my AC/heating unit died and another company gave me a shockingly high quote and horrible financing option. Buenos Aires responded right away, was at my house within 45 minutes, explained what was wrong with my unit and my options, gave me a much more reasonable quote, worked with me to get affordable financing, and scheduled next day installation.

Pulte homes did a big disservice to their customers in this particular house when they built the HVAC system they put a 2 x 4 directly through the duct system a 16 inch vent the 2 x 4 cut 50% of the airflow Creating a back pressure on the HVAC system that burned out to condensers in less been 16 years calling them and complaining about that they just blew me off so in less than 16 years close to $10,000 was spent to maintain or replace the two condensers I wanted to explain that so that I might follow this up withBuenas Aries air conditioning
And how they handled my situation while it was 115° or thereabouts when my AC went out!!!!

First let me say that all of the technicians of which there were three or four that attended To the installation were respectful always covered their shoes and were very friendly and knowledgeable and I might add very humble. The problems we ran into and didn’t realize at firstWas the construction in the attic of which Pulte created The problem to begin with the air wasn’t working properly for two or three days the technicians did everything they could. I was very surprised when the owner Carlos called me and told me and my wife not to worry he sending over a temporary air conditioner and he’ll get down to the problem and assured us that he would do it ASAP. I can’t say enough about Carlos Not only did they fix the problem and replace the vent that Pulte put in there and it’s been now several weeks and our AC is running perfectly no thanks to Pulte homes. I felt I needed to explain everything in order to let folks know That there are people out there like Carlos who actually do care about what they do my recommendation to anybody that would read this and if you have a problem with your HVAC system I would suggest strongly that Carlos and Buenas Aries is about the only place to go thanks for listening God bless and Carlos thank you so much my wife and I are very happy with the services you haveRendered

Buenos Aires is EXCELLENT with both their workmanship and customer relations. I have a home warranty and had to use the company they work with. This company dropped the ball several times. That's when I contacted Buenos Aires AC and they were fantastic from the get go! I purchased two air conditioning units that were delivered and installed AS PROMISED! Not only that they did a beautiful job on the installation and they look good (Roof Units). I used them to clean my dryer and they were excellent. I highly recommend them.

I was so impressed with the service received. My 20 year old air unit went out at 3pm on Friday on a holiday weekend and they had a new unit installed and working by noon on Saturday. Super service. Super professional. I highly recommend this company

I called early afternoonal to have someone come out to check my heating unit..well they came within 2 hours..I didn't know that the unit is a duel unit.. after going over everything with me, explained in detail what was going on..tech person called his supervisor to come and double checked everything. It was explained I could have maintenance done with the cost or go with a new unit..I chose the new unit.. every detail was explained.. I definitely recommend them..

We had two swamp coolers installed after they gave us a free estimate which was I might say much cheaper than anyone else we had a couple of small issues they immediately dispatched someone the next morning Jonathan came out super Friendly went up on the roof figured out what was going on fixed the issue i’ve always said if a job doesn’t go perfect it’s how you handle that situation that makes the difference between a good company and a bad company these people are awesome I wish there were more companies out there like them they care about the customer and they care about the job they’ve done Also they had the swamp coolers installed In one day I’d also like to say Adriana is awesome very friendly listens to the issues and takes care of the situation immediately all-around wonderful company
