This lady, Andrea I think her name was, who was very helpful on the phone. I didn’t mind the others that answered their phones to me, but this lady was by far super helpful and funny to interact with. Because of this, I not only give the company a good review, I give Andrea a 5 star! Highly recommend! Look nowhere else!

My home warranty company sent them out to fix my AC in Vegas where the temp is over 100 degrees. The guy comes checks the AC tells me that I need refrigerant that costs $240.00. I ask repeatedly if he's sure that is the problem and if the air would work one he was done ... he said yes repeatedly. He left ... the air DOES NOT work and the house didn't do anything but get hotter since he "fixed" it. I called the home warranty and complained. I called the company back to complain and they said that he would come back between 4-7pm. The tech never came back and did not answer his phone or text. Definitely got scammed out of $240.00 .

Our a/c went down and our ins. comp.
sent Air Squard to review the problem.
The company contacted me to set a time and were helpfull in working with my work schedule.
Able, the tech found the problem, and had back up and running in less than an hours time
Would recommend them and use them again if needed.

My home warranty sent them. They came flushed out ac and then said they had to get a part and come back. No one ever came back. I had recently had my ducts cleaned and they saw a hole in ac duct they did a quick patch but said that it would need to be repaired correctly. This contractor told me it does not

I had called about my A/C having troubles and the technician ended up coming over and fixed everything. He was very nice and polite and patient with us.

Air squad did a great job on my A/C and I highly recommend this business. The technician was very professional and the work was clean.

They were sent through American Home Shield Warranty to fix 2 leaks. He came to address 2 leaks and left with 7 leaks and running water and the kitchen pipes in pieces and an up sell. He left the water running upstairs and it would not shut off. I went upstairs after he left and found water from the sink and underneath.
I called the company. They put me on hold and hung up on me. I called back and they did not answer.

The young man tried but he seemed new to the field and should have had been under an experienced plumber's wing. I blame the company and warranty more so. Especially after Air squad hung up on me and evaded my call. That is what was most upsetting. That is why I may file with governmental oversight.

I ended up ditching this AHS that sends unprofessional incompetent contractors and calling a professional plumber. He fixed the leaks and his mess in less than 30 minutes.

I requested a refund from AHS. I was advised to file suit. I am considering my options and considering filing complaint with the State, County, and City.

Technician was very knowledgeable, on time & answered every question I had. Technician had parts on hand in his van & was able to install my faucet the same day. Amazing service & fantastic company!
