This is my second time using this company. They came out, performed the maintenance and provided feedback. Very prompt and professional. I will continue to use their services.

I would give 10 stars if I could! But what I can do is say how impressed I was by this company. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, affordable and most important, the best 24hr service ever. My AC unit completely broke down at 1am on Fourth of July. I called at least 10 companies before finding Buenos Aires Air and all said it was a holiday and the soonest they could fit me in would be on Saturday. WE would have burst into flames by then!!!.. None of them cared. Until, I spoke to a friendly voice at this company. It was 3am and the owner answered my call. I explained my situation and within 30 minutes of our conversation, he was a my house. I was so comfortable with his professionalism and his demeanor. Not to mention how well equipped he was. His vehicle is like a mini home depot. He truly comes prepared. When he told me the unit had to be replaced, I thought, "great! where are we going to get that right now?!! But he had it! He had my size motor in his "mini home depot" truck!!! It took him an hour and we were so completely satisfied with the entire transaction. I am bragging about their services to everyone. Highly recommend them!!!

John is a pretty genuine employee that you have working for you @ Buenos Aires., for 1 He's been here before when I was in the process of switching back to manual from wi-fi & again for a 1st meet I found him very open & optimistic per our conversation of instructions & information on how to put it back together...
Thus far a year & a half later, I feel I'm in good hands with this company as we as my 1st meet with Romer...!!

Great communication and service. Had them replace the entire HVAC system at a rental and install UV light sanitizer and super filters in the ductwork of my own house + some outside maintenance.

Reasonable pricing. Clean and knowledgeable techs. On time appointments.

We had a sound we didn’t recognize coming from our Hvac unit. After checking the unit over, John assured us that is was a normal sound and we should not be concerned. He was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that he was so honest with us.

My air conditioner went out on a day temps were 107. Three other companies said they could not get to me for days. Buenos Air said they would make it happen it would just be at the end of the day. They went above helpful, by telling me if they could not get it repaired that day the would set up and leave me with a portably air conditioner. Which was a BIG relief. They explained everything and showed up on time. I was thrilled. Very Very Satisfied.

The technicians came up right on time when they said they would. Got right to work and did a very professional job. John and Angel where quite knowledgeable about their business. Carlos cares for his employees and it shows in the type of work they for me. When finished they took pictures and shown to me my wife and I. Then sent them to Carlos for his final approval of the job site. They even cleaned all the small metal pieces that was on the ground. THANK YOU Great job!!! Five Stars

In our times of trouble, our a/c unit went out. This company stepped up & found us a new a/c. They have been so professional from the people in the office, the installers, to the supervisors. Not only would I recommend them, we will be using their services for years to come. God bless them all!
