If you need your AC fixed or preventative maintenance, this company should be your first choice. I had to get a repair done on a Sunday and they came out when others said they could not due to covid. The tech was the fastest and most thorough I have ever seen. Even had the repair part on thier van. Overall if I could rate 10 stars they deserve it. The best service without doubt. I am very happy guys and gals, great job!!!

Buenos Aires Air was a lifesaver. My great experience started with Angel who answered the telephone. She was pleasant and professional. They were very responsive to my needs. They gave me a 24 hour response window and responded within that time frame. They were professional and maintained Covid-19 protocols. They assessed and repaired the problem quickly and cleaned up after themselves!! I would highly recommend Buenos Aires Air Conditioning for your HVAC needs.

Everything worked very smoothly. I was left with a work list of what had been checked. All my questions were answered by a very polite and friendly technician.

So grateful for Carlos & his crew! Truth be told, June was a tough month for us: Massive complaints from our tenants about how their air conditioner was freezing up...Then, our own A/C unit gave us some major troubles.

Buenos Aires did a fantastic job on both houses. Carlos took an extraordinary amount of time investigating our problems, explaining them in detail to us, giving us options to fix the troubles, and providing estimates in a timely fashion!

Time for a confession, I shopped around with other A/C guys for another few days before hiring Carlos & his team, hoping for a better price.

After a shopping around, we still went with Buenos Aires Air Conditioning & Heating because of their reasonable prices (for 2 pretty big jobs) and because of their awesome customer service attitude. Carlos answered all of our questions, kept us updated on all repairs, and cordially followed up a few days after the jobs to see how everything was working and to make sure were satisfied with the repairs.

You will definitely receive a fair price, excellent work, and awesome customer service from this company!

Update: We had some major cooling issues in our own house on an almost record-breaking heat day. Called Carlos & he thoroughly checked out the problem & made his recommendation.

The following day, his team came out and fixed our issues in a very timely manner! Again, Carlos kept us posted on what was going on and cordially followed up with us the next day to see how everything was going!

Did a terrific job again & truly appreciated Carlos following up post-repair!

Since the first Technician Romer that came was very professional and answered all of are doubts and was very nice, everyone that came out here was very professional and had a great customer service , The person who also placed the Thermostat inside was very helpful and nice had a great customer Service thank you very much such a great Team I would recommend this Company keep up the great work.
