Great professional customer service fast service brand new hvac unit was installed in 1 day

Our A/C was on its last leg and stopped working during the Vegas heatwave late in the day on a Friday night. I have a bedbound oxygen user in the home. Called Buenos Aires and from start to finish they were prompt and attentive to our needs. John promptly arrived went to the roof to assess, did a thermal Kickstart or something and got it back on enough to cool the house a bit then came back with tons of pictures and provided detailed and knowledgeable information regarding our unit. Being in a sensitive situation Romer came by even though it was late at night and gave us every option available. Without pressure he provided his expertise and recommendations, prices were reasonable, he was quite responsive to our many questions after leaving while we took time to decide.We opted to replace our 20+ yr old model. The installation team and crane were on time, unintrusive as possible, rather quick and kept the recurring pleasant customer service experienced since first contact. Javier met with the city inspector a couple days later same quick & courteous experience. Overall truly a wonderful, stress-free & exceptional company to work with, we would recommend them in a heartbeat! Thank you for the superb service to all involved!

Did a quick check on our house and knew there was an issue, instead of waiting out the holiday weekend, he came back and did a re-check to do reevaluation on what was going on. He went above and beyond expectations. Made it personal and didn't want us to go without air for the weekend. This meant so much to us. Especially having pets.

Greta servive, technician was very atentive and did a full inspection over the entire AC unit.

I recently had to use them I changed the batteries in my thermostats and the heater would not kick on. So I called Buenos Aires in which the owner answered and got someone oit within 30 minutes from the time I hung up with him.

A tech named John Porter showed up found that the issue was the thermostat and he installed and new one at a reasonable price and had my system back up and running in no time. I greatly appreciated the awesoem customer service from both the owner and from John.

I will surly use them again if I have any other cooling or heating isssues in the future. I would and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.. Thanks again guys much appreciated.

my heater was running all night, and the temperature won’t goes up, I called Buenos Aires in the Saturday morning ,I got The phone call from technician John to scheduled a an appointment right the way, he professionally showed me what’s the problem of my heater and explained all the options and best solution.great experience.
