    I used my home warranty company initially when I was having problems with my HVAC. They sent out a company that can only be described as horrific, AMA Heating(Don't ever use!!). They were supposed to replace entire system, and over a 4 month period, couldn't complete the work. They were unresponsive, unprofessional, and seem like they knew nothing of the system. I went outside the warranty company and contacted Alaskan HAC on a Saturday. By that night, I had an estimate. By Monday morning after 3 hrs of work, they brought both my systems up to code and fully charged and functioning with the final part being installed. They were completely professional, absolutely, responsive, timely, and very experienced. I highly recommend Alaskan Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone. Don't beat around the bush with anyone else.

    First of all they charge you a starting fee. Because of that you would expect their prices for parts to be, well, maybe not reasonable but at least not astronomical. But they do not just double the price, they add a zero also. They charged me $260 for a capacitor that costs $10. I actually bought the same capacitor for $10 incl shipping as a reminder to myself not to hire Alaskan again. Then they wanted about $800 to fix an air clogged water heater line, venting it is less than 10 minutes or labor. I will fix it myself instead, not because I enjoy having to be self sufficient, but because of the way the Las Vegas market currently is, you have to.

    My technicians name was Robert. Great guy and knowledgeable. He was more than able to answer all my questions. He went through a few basic procedures before concluding that I needed a charge on my unit. He also gave me some tips on how to make my unit more efficient with things I could do on my own that falls under periodic maintenance. I'm glad I called Alaskan Heating & Air Conditioning. If any problems arise in the future or if I need a new unit I'm calling this company again and request Robert. Top notch guy! Thanks so much Robert. You da man!

    I called them to come out and replace my moms air conditioner. They sent a young lady out who claimed to have fixed something but come to find out she just used a water hose on the unit . And it wasn’t fixed but she charged me $300 . So I called that night to have someone sent back out and I had to keep calling to catch up with someone. Finally they sent someone out the next day and he checked and said that in fact the unit was no longer any good and he assured me I would get a refund. I had to call for about 2 days, left vm and no call was returned so I actually went in and spoke with the owners and they assured me I would get a refund but I never got it . And I can’t get anyone to pick up the phone or return any call and it’s been a little over 2 weeks . Very unprofessional and I’m not pleased with the customer service they provide .

    Matt arrived as scheduled and was very professional. Replaced the faulty part in about an hours time and was on his way. The part was not the same as the original however it worked and we once again had air. Matt said he would check on what the original part would cost and get back with me. As promised, Matt called me the next morning. He told me he had good news. Than's always nice to hear. He said that the part was still under warranty and instead of the original cost it would be about a tenth of that!!! Now that's what I call GREAT customer service!!! He returned the same day and swapped out the parts. I will recommend Alaskan Heating and Air to anyone that asks!!! Thank You

    Our system went out at midnight. Our technician came out right away. When he arrived, Raul went right to work. He did the diagnostic tests and gave us the estimate. He never tried to up sell or mislead us into thinking we had a larger problem. (I had this happen with another company). When he was finished, Raul explained what he had done for us. I was truly thankful for his professionalism and understanding of our situation. I would highly recommend him and his company!!!

    They were amazing. We found a water leak late in the day and they came right out and fixed the problem immediately and offer suggestions for other options for a better long term solution if we wanted to pursue them. We will use them for every plumbing need we have. The price was extremely fair and it was clear the integrity in their work was very important to them.

    Jobab is an awesome technician! ! My air conditioner at our airbnb broke down in July on a late Saturday night. I called at least a dozen companies starting with the ones with the most and highest reviews. I left my messages with the receptionist and/or answer machines. At alaskan they passed me directly to their on call person who gave me a 2 hour window. He got to my house but there was no key in the lock box and the guests were out. He said he had to leave and do another call and he came back right after to fix my problem! It was 1:00am in the morning! I was so impressed and happy with his service. He was able to change out the motor that same night! He saved me from what could have been a disaster! The guests were really happy, I was really happy and you will be really happy if you use this company! They are the best!!!!

    i recently had a air conditioning problem at one of the Drs offices that i help maintain. i called Alaskan Air (because they are who i use for my own house) and Matt came out (quickly) and located the problem, adjusted all thermostats and identified the main problem. i was only charged the service call and i was very satisfied with his courteous mannor and his knowledge of the system. i will highly recommend Alaskan Air to anyone that needs help. great company !

    On August 15th, my wife and I awoke to find no air conditioning on the first floor of our home. With the temperature projected to reach 108 that day, I called Alaskan Air at 8:00 AM hoping to find someone in the office. To my surprise, Patty answered and upon learning that we are on an annual maintenance plan with Alaskan Air she said that she would have a technician dispatched within the hour…another surprise! The technician (Marcel) arrive within 45 minutes……another surprise! Marcel confirmed our fears….one of our 15 year old heat pumps was beyond repair……not a surprise, because Alaskan Air had provided a warning previously.

    After checking the Alaskan work schedule with Patty, Marcel said they could replace our entire system that day…..another surprise! By noon, a crew of five technicians (Omar, Armondo, Jason, Alex, and Jamie) arrived with all the components for our new system. For six hours, they worked as a well-coordinated team (without a break) in 106-degree heat to complete the installation. By 6 PM our new Lennox HVAC system was cooling our home……a final, and very pleasant, surprise!

    Every Alaskan Air employee in the chain of events that resulted in the installation of our new Lennox HVAC system was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and sensitive to our comfort and convenience. We are pleased to have been treated as such valued customers.

    The ownership of Alaskan Air deserves credit for having assembled such a well-trained and service-oriented team. They should be very proud of the team that came to our rescue.
