Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning responded to my request very quickly and sent Tony the very next day. Tony was very professional and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem and quickly fixed it. We’re very happy about his service and definitely recommend him.

TL was great to work with. When our AC stopped working in 100*+ temps, they were here within 2 hours and the repair was done efficiently within an hour. TL was prompt, professional, and personable. The price was fair and the work was done well. We will definitely use them again!

I'm very grateful for the quick service I received from Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning. I was in a pickle the Monday before Thanksgiving (a short work week) with a leaky shower head that I thought was getting water in a carpeted area of my home. The tech T.L. at Active Plumbing was professional and friendly. He had great advice and took time to ask questions and explain what he found through his maintenance service. He did not make you feel pressured and was genuinely there to help you.

I called them, after my home warranty sent their guy, who took 3 photos, left, then reported the whole unit needed to be replaced. I then called Active, to get a second opinion. They sent Tony, WHO ACTUALLY BROUGHT TOOLS! He then repaired the heater... Like, in 20-30 minutes. He then discussed with me about possibly needing to replace the unit, which I was much more open to the idea of when he didn't just look at the unit for 5 seconds and call it dead. Quite satisfied.

So sorry that I forgot to leave a review! I accidentally skipped this part! Anyway... Tony came out and solved my dilemma quickly, and on a Sunday night! So very grateful for everyone at Active Plumbing for taking action in an emergency situation, especially Tony. I'd really like to say that I would use your service again, but obviously the goal is to not have to. If so, I'll think of you first and recommend anyone I can to you guys. Thanks again!

Just want to say this is the most professional service we have had since we moved to Vegas in 2003, Jessie did an excellent job plus made sure that he contacted us to tell us his arrival time. We will definitely use them again and I will refer this company to our friends and coworkers.

They were able to get out here within 24 hours and fix the issue. Great tech named Tony that did fantastic work got it done right.

Our business had a gas leak emergency and was forced to shut down a 24-7 operation.
