We are very pleased with the ac installation. Josh is awesome! He's so personable, professional and knowledgeable. He and his staff arrived on time and cleaned up nicely after the job was done. We highly recommend his services and this company 😀!

We needed to have a gas line installed for an outdoor kitchen. From the first call, Karl was kind and professional, I was reaching out due to a terrible experience with another company for the same job. Jesse was incredible, he assessed what we needed and was able to complete the job w/in 3 days. It was nice to deal with people that know what they are doing and look for ways to complete the job at a reasonable cost. I will use Active Plumbing for any future project or plumbing/gas needs and would highly recommend. I am not someone who leaves reviews but wanted to give Karl and Jesse the shout out they deserve. TL was our technician. He was very friendly, professional and did a thorough review if the system before proceeding to do routine maintenance. He was efficient and did a great job explaining how the process worked. I would recommend this place and this tech, they were outstanding.

TL was our tech, he was very fast, very thorough, and very professional. He was able to pin point the problem and fix it very fast for us. We have a newborn baby so the house being cool is 100% a must for us, so him getting us taken care of so quickly was so so helpful and appreciated.

Tec was very nice to deal with especially in our emergency on the weekend. I would recommend this company highly.

This is the 3rd time I’ve ever needed a plumber. The stereotype of a plumber is what I expected. I got Opi and could not have been more impressed. From the time I called it took less than 45 minutes to get to my house. He was so kind and explained what happened and was incredibly helpful. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. I will be using them for all our needs forever. 10 stars!!!

I contacted them to get an estimate on a a/c unit. I sent a text through the website and within 30 minutes I got a call back. The agent was friendly and professional. A tech came out within 30 minutes of the call. TL was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained in detailed and was very honest. If services are needed in the future I will definitely contact them again!

My experience from start to finish with this company has been incredibly good!! Those I spoke to on the phone were great. So polite and helpful. I felt completely comfortable doing business with them. Carl was so cool and my service guy TL was so nice. He made me feel relaxed and assured the right thing was being done and cost would be fair. In fact the overall experience made the decision to buy a maintenance plan with Active P&AC easy. I feel we're in good hands and I'm no lo ger concerned with something breaking down. I have used this company for plumbing and for A/C installation and repair. They are friendly, professional, on time or early. They ALWAYS explain what needs to be done and do it right. Never had to have them come "fix" what they were paid to fix the first time.
Hands down- They are the BEST!
