Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning Las Vegas

Years ago our water heater failed on a early Sunday morning. Water was everywhere. There were then phone books and I started calling the "A's" at about 5;30AM. ACTIVE was the first one that answered, and it happened to he the owner. He said he would be at our house in 2 hours. We live about an hour from their shop so I was very impressed when he arrived in 1 1/2 hours. He replaced the appliance and even squeegeed the garage floor helping to clean away the watery mess. They will continue to be the only plumber we use.

Tony was amazing yet again. This is my second time working with Tony and Active Plumbing for a plumbing issue. He was on time, responsive, and took the time to give me all my options and explain each of them. I’ve never felt pressured at all. Great job! Will do business with you again.

We have had Active Plumbing out for annual check ups multiple times and have had great service each time. The plumbers are knowledgeable and thorough, and help us keep our systems running properly. Tony was here today and I agree with another reviewer—he does rock! My interactions with the Active Plumbing team have all been professional and friendly. Tony and the rest of the team made this annual check up easy, which gives us peace of mind for another year. It’s also nice to know that they are available for those just in case moments!

I needed a natural gas grill connected to a a natural gas built in stub at a new build house. The tech was able to show up day of requested which was a huge plus. We ran into some trouble of making it all work even though it was an afternoon call but the tech Aaron Luna stayed late to make it right. Reasonably priced, would recommend.

We had Tony as our service tech and was absolutely amazing. He was constantly checking with us along the way during the adjustment of our shower temperature to make sure it was how we wanted it. 10/10 would recommend.

Called Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning and got serviced same day. Customer service from beginning to end was perfect. Kyle was my tech and he was amazing, professional and knowledgeable. Will most definitely use them again if needed in the future.

Tony was professional and knew what need to be repaired. He added some suggestions which fixed main pressure for the entire house which was causing the entire house plumbing fixtures to be overpressurized henceforth damaging the fixtures therefore lifespans shortened for years. I would definitely recommend this company for their quality and professionalism.

My water heater broke on a Sunday morning. Called Active Plumbing and they sent a guy out within 2 hrs. His name was Tony and he did an excellent job. He installed a new water heater in a few hours and I was back in action. Highly recommend!

Tony was on Time courteous and extremely professional and very educated in his field I even learned a few things from watching him do his job
