This guy was amazing! I really felt he was an honest businessman. He never tried to over charge me. He was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him He will be the only plumber I call from low on!

We have an old unit and Terry was very informative. Terry made sure we completely understood what was going on with this unit. Even though we didn't use the company this day he headed us in an excellent direction. We are able to stay safe and cool until we have what we need to complete the job. I read other reviews, which lead me to contact this company. From my first call and speaking with Carl I knew this was the company I wanted to do business with. They accommodated me with a same day appointment. The technician Tony was on time and very professional, he diagnosed the problem & the price he quoted was very fair and reasonable. Now a days it’s hard to find a honest & trustworthy company that’s not trying to rip customers office. If anyone is needing plumbing service please contact Active Plumbing for your needs. These guys came out last week and did a great job replacing my HVAC system. They were honest, professional and courteous from start to finish. When he came out to give me a quote he didn’t try to hustle me into making unnecessary repairs which is exactly what turned me away from other companies.

I had a countertop put in and the countertop people took out my versus motors and kitchen faucet. I called active plumbing and they were here within a couple hours. My service man Tony was cordial professional knowledgeable and did a wonderful job I would call them .again

Had a wonderful experience with Active Plumbing! Woke up in the morning with a wet floor and a water heater with a blown lining. A few hours later the new unit was installed and everything was back to normal. Carl was super nice and helpful when booking the appointment, making sure to keep me updated on the plumbers arrival. Tony did a great job on getting the old unit out and new unit in, and I couldn’t be happier with the job that was done. Professional service and a great price. I will certainly call them first for any future needs. Thanks!

At first I dialed the wrong # thinking it was a different company. Carl answered the phone and was positive and he sounded like he wanted my business. That kept me on the phone. My main line was clogged and not a good situation. He sent out Jesse who was soon accompanied by Opio. I was concerned about this clog...but these guys got it fixed.
They got here in a timely manner.
They got to work.
They got it fixed.
And they did this on a Saturday!
They made my weekend a great one.

Great!! I had a work emergency and did not have a chance to call and reschedule. They left a voicemail and I called when I had a chance. They were able to come in the afternoon. TL was on time, let me know everything was working but units were 20 years old and if I need a major repair to let them know. Highly recommend!!

TL Biggs answered the phone! No “leave a message”! I told him about our leaking water heater, and asked him if he had time to check it out. He said, “absolutely”. With a few hours he arrived and accessed the situation. We needed a new water heater, and we told him we wanted a good one. (The one that died was only 7 years old) He offered to install a Bradford White commercial quality, 10 year guarantee. This was exactly what we wanted. They are not cheap, but it’s worth every penny to know that you will have hot water everyday, all day long. He installed the product the next morning. At the same time our shower started running—all night long it dripped and kept us awake. TL fixed that for us the same morning as the water heater install. Great service! He is our go to guy from now on.
